One of the best hot tubs! Great pool too!

This hotel checks all the boxes! This is my first stay at an "Element" hotel and I can't wait to come back. In fact, I'm looking forward to more opening so I can stay in other cities. As I entered my room my first thought was that the room was a bit sterile and smallish. But once I got aquatinted this feeling faded away. For a very modest price, this room had great accommodations and I felt very comfortable. Here's what the room included: -Comfortable bed -Small Kitchen with real plates (and salt and pepper grinders!) -Stove top and sink -Fridge and microwave -One of the nicest TV's I've seen in a hotel (plus DISH) -Waterfall Shower -Desk area with plenty of power sources And easily one of the best pool areas I've been in! The pool has a lap lane, there is a sauna and and amazing hot tub. All the rest of the hotels now playing catch up!

The Element is by far my favorite place to stay in Fargo and I'm here a few times each month. The rooms are large, open and very comfortable. Plenty of space to get work done if you're there for a few days. The bathrooms are very spacious - great shower and the beds are very comfortable. They also have a very nice gym with new equipment and weights. Rest assured, you can absolutely get a solid workout in while staying here. Breakfast is included (as well as the beer/wine social) and both are wonderful. Great hotel and super friendly people working here. You can't go wrong by staying at The Element when you're visiting Fargo.

The staff/owner of this hotel go above and beyond! Whether you are driving through and need a place to stop off the interstate. Or in town for business/fun this is an excellent option for your stay. No issues with parking and the lines are crisp for compact cars to larger SUVs, even in the dead of winter with snow everywhere. A short ten to fifteen minute drive from the FAR airport. Clean and quiet rooms. Hotel is extremely new and they've putting in a restaurant next door on property for expanded room service. You have a great Irish pub across the street currently so upon completion this additional service amenity is just a bonus. Free games and Xbox downstairs so the kids can play. Breakfast in the morning and a weekly evening snack and drink happy hour of sorts. Washing and drying on site. A small store behind the reception desk for other amenities that are not complementary or just to pick up a beer or frozen pizza. Rooms are spacious but not overly huge. Soft bed. Dark blinds and shade for blocking out any sun if that's what you're into. Kitchenette to cool a few meals or just heat up some leftovers. Nice desk for working with great Wifi. Nice television updates for any and all hookups you may need. Clean well stocked gym. Excellent pool and hot tub area with a sweet sauna. Everything to relax after a meeting, long road trip, or just to enjoy a night away from your own house in Fargo.

absolutely nothing negative! the room was modern and fully equipped for the duration. so comfortable and spacious. free laundry, happy hours (huge pours). delightful pool and hot tub and wonderful outdoor seating. breakfast was the best with made to order egg, spinach, tomato goat cheese scramble. yogurt bar as well. the staff was awesome, seemed delighted to be there working and tried to anticipate and accommodate every need. can't say enough good and would stay here again. 2-1/2 week stay

SPG keyless w your Apple Watch is pretty cool!

Soooo glad that SPG now has (2) hotels in the Fargo area; but i suppose after today's PR of Marriott purchasing Starwood, there's now even more selection of "Marriott" properties. But staff was friendly. I enjoyed the complimentary social time from 5pm to 6:30pm. (Glass of wine and small snacks) The gym had nice newer equipment. (Good treadmills.) Comfortable Westin bed - not sure if it "technically" was Heavenly or not. Appreciated the keurig coffee maker and capsules in room. Typical Westin shower experience - - w the two showerheads; one large and smaller handheld. Liked the flooring in the room. Close to Costco... (thumbs up!) Overall, a great stay and this is where I will be staying from now on for all future Fargo trips. (Hopefully everything pans out w Starwood & Marriott on the SPG pts.) Oh, oh - and I absolutely LOVED the SPG Keyless option. Was so cool to use. This was the first property that I had the chance to use at. My iPhone worked fine, but my Apple Watch couldn't connect.

    Lovely room!

Excellent experience! Quick check-in, free tasty breakfast, clean gym, spacious rooms, beautiful functional furniture, free wifi, friendly staff and accepts dogs! Highly recommend this hotel if you want an easy stop off i94 and want to stay at a brand new hotel with amenities!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Wasn't expecting such a good experience from such a remote location, but I was pleasantly surprised! Also got a free room upgrade thanks to some very kind staff! Our company has started to use the Element for all our business trips out here, and it looks like we'll continue to do so!

It's inconvenient to only have one ice machine for a four story complex. Additionally it would be nice if the refrigerators had freezer sections for freezing ice packs. That said, I will come back here in the future because it is an enjoyable place to stay. The price is reasonable and I like the service.

She and her staff waited until the room was 4 days without payment before trying to contact the corporate account that was directly paying. Instead of calling them she made it my problem by telling me I had 1hr to vacate, deactivated my keys and I couldn't get inside with my service animals locked in the room. I called the company and was able to get the room paid for in less than a few hours. So if I could do it why wasn't General Manager Krista able to do the same? I even tried putting her on the phone with my corporate contact. She refused to do so, stating "just have them call me." Odd being that this seems like such a pressing issue for you. My medication was delivered to the hotel signed for by Belgarde and no one not once told me it was there. Mind you it's wrapped in tape that clearly states it needs to be refrigerated. Then I had the package redelivered only to have delivery refused by staff. Two weeks without my medication because of this. Gabby at the front desk calls and tells me I need to come and put a credit card on file for incidentals and that it needs to be done before she leaves. WEIRD I'm not the employee that forgot to do so nor did I give her any reason to give me an ultimatum. Again communication skills are lacking. Then deactivated my keys so when I got back from running errands I couldn't get in my room. Once being told the card wouldn't be charged but just placed on file. I receive another call saying my card isn't working. Again this is a corporate reservation billed directly to the company. I was also charged pet fees weekly for my service animals. Falsely accused of arguing with the general manager being spoken to as if I was stealing the room I was in and then treated as if I made the employee who checked me in give me the key without providing a credit card. All this was too much for me to comfortably continue my stay; I checked out early. I could continue but I'll stop here. I'd appreciate a call from the corporate office; not General Manager Krista.
