We were referred to Element Automotive from a former client who was rear ended in his BMW. We have a Mercedes C 300 convertible that is our weekend vehicle that was scratched by our dogs trying to get to a rodent in the engine. Recently got this little dent on my baby on Thursday with a little bit of the paint scratched off and it was pretty noticeable since it was on the front bumper. Alfonso came the following Monday to take care of it and I personally think that the progression photos speak for themselves. My Lexus looked as good as the day I got her from the lot! Alfonso gave me a 3 to 4 hour fix period and stuck to it. He also told me that he's gonna make seem like nothing happened at all and he is a man of his word.
