A lot of care went into the repair as you can see from the photos. I did not expect such a process to fix a relatively minor scratch, but the result was that the bumper appears "like new". Especially impressive was Hugo's ability to match the repair paint with the rest of the bumper. Our vehicle color is "Tiger Eye Pearl" which has quite a bit of flake and changes tone depending on sunlight and angle. So far, the repair area is indistinguishable from the surrounding paint. That's where my boyfriend was advised it would be a few hours as we were there for a tire rotation, a patch on a flat and an oil change on his truck. I went in at 3:45 to pick up keys for the vehicle and they were not done in the vehicle was up on a lift. The shop closes at 5 PM, I was sitting in the lobby until 5:15 PM waiting for the vehicle to be completed so I can pick up keys. That's when I was advised that there was an oil spill and that they were doing a soft wash on the vehicle. Once we got the truck home and we were able to take a look the whole undercarriage was completely soaked with oil. Tires are covered in oil, on a 2024 gmc. We then headed out of town with our family and the patch started leaking while we were on the road at midnight. Luckily we had a portable air compressor so we were able to manage until getting to our destination. Were we there had to again had to put the spare on the vehicle ourselves because the patch job was done incorrectly. The employees admittedly said that they did not dunk test the tire before returning the truck. When I brought the vehicle back in today on Tuesday to have it again repaired, they tried to dismiss my boyfriend and tell us they didn't have time. When we insisted on having the tire fixed, they advised it would be 30 minutes. we returned close to two hours later, and they hadn't had the vehicle completed, my boyfriend stated as he was in the lobby, waiting for the vehicle to still be completed for the second time that's when he made his review THEN the manager came to address him not about the situation or what was done to the vehicle, but WHY he had left his negative review. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the owner is astounding. Not to mention that the place is dirty, and the employees obviously don't know how to do their jobs correctly, the value of work is poor & nothing is done in a timely manner. i've completed a complaint with the bad business bureau. Don't waste your time here.

Got into a small fender bender on Saturday. Put out a yelp request on Tuesday and several…read morebusinesses responded. Most said they couldn't handle the repair and I should go to a body shop. Others offered to do it for an unreasonable price and they had less than stellar reviews. Sal asked for further images and video of the damage, set a very reasonable price; I checked out his instagram and spoke with him on the phone and agreed on him coming out the next day. Wednesday, he arrived on time, and further reassured me he could handle the dent with no issue. About 3-4 hours later, I walk out to magic. My car looks like nothing ever happened. He even asked me to back it out into the sun so he could check his work and notice one imperfection that he worked on to fix immediately. I am incredibly grateful to Sal and his amazing work. I will be using him again in the future if I have to! Hopefully I don't have to ever, but if I do, I know who I'm coming to. When I went to put gas in the car for the first time, I discovered that the gas cap had been forced and glued on -- apparently with wet paint, no gasket and missing screws. I had no choice but to damage the surrounding paint just to open it. Also, one of clamps on gas tank neck was completely loose, just hanging there. In addition, there are several small paint bubbles in a few spots, which really take away from what could have been an excellent finish. The craftsmanship on the bodywork itself was good, but whoever handled the painting and reassembly clearly rushed the job. If the gasket had been damaged or lost, they could have told me. We could have ordered a replacement or done something temporary to prevent damage--the gasket only cost $11. Update - gas tub neck was installed incorrectly as well. Gas cap got stuck again and I had destroy the it to get the gas cap off.
