I highly recommend Element Automotive Mobile Refinishing! Alfonso has repaired my car on more than one occasion, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. He is professional, honest, and takes a great deal of pride in his work. His attention to detail really shows, and he isn't satisfied until the repair looks right. What I appreciate most is that he truly stands behind his work. If something isn't exactly as it should be, he will make it right without any hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. Alfonso is also friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about his customers. Having a skilled mobile technician come to you makes the whole process so much easier. His pricing is fair, and the value you receive for the quality of work is exceptional. In my experience, his repairs are every bit as good as, if not better than, what I've seen from many traditional body shops. If you need collision or paint repair, I highly recommend giving Alfonso at Element Automotive Mobile Refinishing a call. You'll receive exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and honest pricing from someone who truly cares about doing the job right. read more

I recently had my partner's Pearl White Tesla repaired by Alfonso @ Element Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Alfonso did an absolutely outstanding job, especially with the paint matching. Anyone who owns a Tesla knows that the factory Pearl White multi-coat paint can be very difficult to match correctly, but Alfonzo nailed it close to perfection. The color, depth, and finish blend seamlessly with the rest of the vehicle--it's impossible to tell where the repair was made. The attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. This is the second Tesla that Alfonso has repaired. Alfonso was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even travels far from two hours away and is on time. If you're looking for someone who is honest with expectations, and expertly matches Tesla's factory paint and deliver top-quality results, I highly recommend Alfonso @ Element. Five stars all the way! read more

Alonso was recommend to me, and I'm happy he was. He worked nonstop on my car from 9:00 AM to 8 PM to get the car finished: mind you, the damage that was being dealt with was exceptional, so I fully expected him to take 2 days, but he worked like a dog to get it done. I especially appreciated his attention detail, and his desire to provide service beyond my expectations. There were a few minor things I didn't expect him to attend to, but he did. He has fair pricing, and comes with 15+ years of experience in the paint and auto body industry. Look no further. read more

Alfonso was fantastic. He showed up at 8am to my place and worked until almost 7pm. He repaired 2 of my vehicles. He took his time and his work is perfection. He is friendly and answered all of my questions. The first job was on my Tesla. Looks great. The 2nd was on my Outback. It's an older car but looks like new again. Thank you Alfonso, You Rock!! read more

We were referred to Element Automotive from a former client who was rear ended in his BMW. We have a Mercedes C 300 convertible that is our weekend vehicle that was scratched by our dogs trying to get to a rodent in the engine. We had deep claw marks on the front bumper, grill, and both sides by the front wheels. I was devastated when I found the damage and I called Alfonso who responded immediately, even though he was in the hospital with his wife giving birth to their baby. He is extremely responsive and very professional. He spent 10 hours at our home and the repairs were shockingly perfect. Thank you so much Alfonso! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Oh, by the way he is extremely responsible too!!!! read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Alfonzo and his crew. His attention to detail, quality and self expectations are unlike anyone that I have seen in my years of Collision Repair. Time after time he delivered a quality product. Someone this qualified only deserves praise. I'm here to share some photos of his work and encourage anyone whose looking for a quality repair with longevity and excellent workmanship to try Element Automotive Mobile. I am sure you will be glad you did. The fact he's Mobile is even better. Honestly his work is going to be better than any local body shop or any place the insurance company tries to take you to. He knows how to handle insurance claims and in the end he will take care of you. Give it a try and I'm sure you will not regret the decision. If anyone deserves a chance to prove themselves, this is the guy to watch in action. Truly amazing and truly gifted. Alfonzo the PRODIGY PAINTER , he's the future. read more

Great service for a fair price. This dude came and got the job done with excellent customer service.

Recently got this little dent on my baby on Thursday with a little bit of the paint scratched off and it was pretty noticeable since it was on the front bumper. Alfonso came the following Monday to take care of it and I personally think that the progression photos speak for themselves. My Lexus looked as good as the day I got her from the lot! Alfonso gave me a 3 to 4 hour fix period and stuck to it. He also told me that he's gonna make seem like nothing happened at all and he is a man of his word. If any of you out there have any minor or even major with the body of your car, definitely give this company a call, they'll get the job done RIGHT. read more
