I've taken barre classes at Baltimore Pop Physique for 2 years and had yet to find something comparable until now. The pace of the class is fast, but easy to follow. I got a great workout and left feeling refreshed. Holly is a wonderful instructor, really knows what she is doing. Chantelle is another instructor, and even though she was taking the class herself, she made a point to help me out and make sure I understood the exercises. Always clean and inviting and the teachers are all very friendly! Pure Barre is a low impact, full body workout that uses movements with a small range of motion to effectively tone the body. I have seen such a difference in my strength since taking pure barre. Especially in my abs! I love starting my day with Pure Barre.
