I received a gua sha facial from Kelsey. And was incredible. She Explained everything really simply and what to expect really clearly and I felt immediately at ease. She is very approachable and really lovely to learn from. As a facial newbie I wasn't sure what to expect but her professionalism and clear expertise made me feel like I was in great hands. Also she explained things in a great way that also made me learn a bunch! The gua sha facial was really relaxing and I'm excited to come back again. I had a new more defined chin immediately after the facial. When I come back I will try her recommended suggestion of booking a lymphatic massage first then do the gua sha facial. My only regret is forgetting to take pictures of this lovely place. I'll be back and will recommend my family and friends to come!

The variety of class options is great; there are cycle classes, TRX strength classes (a unique format), and a variety of yoga classes. The studio is small but in a cozy way. There is basically just a front desk area with storage cubbies and water dispenser, then a one-room studio large enough for a class with 15 cycle bikes and some equipment shelves. I fell in love with this place's atmosphere in my first few classes (I have tried several of the formats with different instructors). The operation is quaint, very clean, homey, and peaceful. I feel refreshed after every class! The staff is also amazing; the instructors are always friendly, welcoming, and energetic. Keri is especially passionate and goes above-and-beyond to make every guest welcome and encouraged to work. Keri was integral to me becoming a regular customer - if she hadn't been such a great first impression in my first class, I doubt I would have come back the next three days in a row. Thank you, A8!
