It's very cozy and she even has a great selections of teas to drink! It's $12 just for a drop in. Elicia is very spunky. Loved her! She makes you feel at ease. Just getting back into yoga after a very long hiatus. Took my first gentle traditional class here…read morethis morning, and I am absolutely returning! The class was informative, it felt great, the instructor (Marti? Marty? I don't know how to spell her name) was incredible. She offered modifications without being pushy or invasive. I was able to follow at my own pace. The hour flew by and at the end, I felt like I had physically and mentally released so much anxiety and tension. It's in a beautiful location in Bay City and from the moment you walk in the door, you feel a sense of calmness and belonging. I can't wait to get back there and integrate this into my fitness/health routines. So do not hesitate. Check this studio out and you will not be disappointed!
