This was in July and I never received a statement from them or heard anything about it until I called them about 3 or 4 times and said I wanted my money back or I would call my insurance company and they could explain the situation to them. Finally about 3 or 4 days after this they sent me a refund check. That's a terrible way to treat your patients. They will never see me in there again!

I wish I would have never walked into this place to fix a simple chipped tooth! I now live in constant pain from every single tooth they worked on being broken and falling apart. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They were both upper molars and after completing the second one he informed me that I may have a cracked root. This was causing no pain but did create sinus infection prior to re-treatment. If the sinus infection didn't go away I may have to have that molar extracted. He said if I need to have it extracted, he would refund me 50% of my root canal treatment. He referred me to Dr. Bartling at SWPA Endodontics. I really knew nothing of what a root canal involved...only the horror stories of decades ago. Wow, apparently dentistry has come a long, long way! Not only did he thoroughly explain the possible causes and how it is now done in great detail, put me at ease with how it's done in an approximate 45 min procedure. Left there fully able to go back to work. Absolutely do not want to fail to mention that the staff is outstanding! The procedure is still a bit tedious but nothing like it was described to me by friends in the past. Keep in mind that every case is different I'm sure and everyone's experience may not mirror the total ease of mine, but I can assure anyone that they will put every effort in making it as smooth as possible. They waited until almost 6 months past the procedure date to inform me that I would be receiving a large bill and that the procedure actually was not covered (despite me asking them to verify it was with them multiple times BEFORE having the procedure). The receptionist informed me that they incorrectly verified the billing codes that my insurance would cover and, as a result, gave me incorrect information and an inaccurate cost. They have not been willing at this point to make an effort to resolve the mistakes made on their end. Additionally, my emails are now going unanswered.
