Dr. Warnock was OK, but their billing office or manager is terrible. I paid for my office visit in full and then my insurance paid on it which left me a credit or overpayment of sixty dollars. This was in July and I never received a statement from them or heard anything about it until I called them about 3 or 4 times and said I wanted my money back or I would call my insurance company and they could explain the situation to them. Finally about 3 or 4 days after this they sent me a refund check. That's a terrible way to treat your patients. They will never see me in there again! read more

This place absolutely destroyed my teeth, I went 35 years with not a single tooth pain, went here for a simple chipped tooth, figured I was dealing with professionals and never really went to a dentist outside of normal checkups. They tell me I need root canals and had multiple teeth that were in need of them. Should have walked out the door, but again, thought I was dealing with professionals. I cannot remember how many root canals I had done here, but its been several years now, they have all fallen apart, I am left with a mouth full of destroyed teeth that I now have to pay to have removed, some are completely broken off at the gum line. I wish I would have never walked into this place to fix a simple chipped tooth! I now live in constant pain from every single tooth they worked on being broken and falling apart. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is unreal to me that they are even still allowed to be in business, I will never get the full use of my teeth back, they just want to drain your insurance for every penny they can get. read more

Most of the people here are rude and treated me with little respect. (The girl who does the X-rays and pics, tho is very nice!) My kids had an ok experience. The hygienist cleaned my daughters teeth in literally 5 minutes or less. That can't be a very thorough job. Then I was "teeth shamed" because I has a lot of work that needed done. And then made to feel like white trash because I didn't want to pay for $7500 worth of work right now. I won't be back. read more

I've never experienced anything to bad besides one of the male dentist being a little rude. I didn't have the full amount of money to fix the tooth causing all the terrible mouth pain so I left in tears with no work done. They called me back a few days later to check on me & I ended up returning & the woman dentist there fixed me up. She was very gentle, the shots hardly hurt. I Do recommend her if u go here. Don't even bother going here. They cause more damage to your teeth than anything else. You'll end up with more problems walking out than when you walked in. Look at the reviews. They don't lie. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Find another dentist. There are others out there who are better than these people. They have incompetent and rude dental assistants who don't wash their hands and stare at you like you're from Mars when you say hey, can you please wash your hands? Make sure they don't leave cotton in your mouth when you have a tooth extracted, because you WILL get an abscess. More aggravation for you. Sure, you get antibiotics, but after you're done taking them about a week later, you'll notice red angry gums, a horrible taste in your mouth, which is indicative of an abscess. And they are closed on Thursdays, so hopefully you won't ever need them on a Thursday. If you feel there is a problem with the work they have done and you leave this office feeling like you just wasted your time, go get a second opinion. Yes A SECOND OPINION, A CONSULT, SOME PLACE ELSE to hold these people accountable, which is something I don't think they're used to. You might have to pay for it, but is it really worth your teeth being destroyed because this dentist was negligent and just doesn't really care? No. It's not. You really do have to babysit these incompetent people, going behind them making sure they are doing their job. Dentists, people who have been in school for YEARS need to be asked over and over again and again, "are you sure?" A prestigious title, Dentist, needs to be questioned at this place. It doesn't give you the warm fuzzies when you feel like the dentist really doesn't sound like they know what they're talking about and they don't act like they know what they're doing. Grown women need to be asked to wash their hands?! The most basic thing of all. Hand washing. I used to really like Dr. Gwen, but when I went back to her complaining about an issue, she was dismissive and didn't really look into it any further other than a visual inspection, and I had to go to another dentist to find the problem. AN OPEN MARGIN ON MY BRIDGE. Now how nice is that? Forget about TRYING to talk to Lucinda, the office manager. She will argue with you instead of listening to your concerns and try to address them. Her main goal in life is to try to coax you back in with her lousy "customer service" skills, so the "Dentist" can mess you up and even more and cause you more problems than it's worth. You might as well talk to a mule, because you get about the same results. NOTHING.. except rude remarks, arguing, and her over talking you. She will also come behind the dentist and talk you into things you don't really need or want. I leave this office in tears, crying and anxious, but most of all WORRIED. Every. Single. Time. And I have been to A LOT of appointments due to their incompetence. The front office receptionist over book and proper time is not allotted because they don't plan the appointments accordingly. She will try to schedule a 2 hour procedure for a 30 minute visit. This is why she needs to learn, or ask if she does not know, how long procedures actually take and not just schedule patients for whatever she feels like they should take. She's not a dentist or a dental assistant, so how about learn so you don't have angry and frustrated patients like myself. INCOMPETENT AND CARELESS. I have taken my business elsewhere.. to a dentist who I feel like is competent and will take care of me. My new provider sets the bar and has very high standards, is well respected, and they don't have a secretary scheduling 30 minute appointments when they should really be 2 1/2 hour appointments. No the dental assistant and the dentist work together and communicate this to office staff. And they are really nice and super sweet people. Imagine that?! People talking to each other, without copping an attitude, making it a pleasant experienced or everyone, especially the patient. I wish I knew about them in the beginning. Agree with Mrs D review. I will say the staff was very friendly. Other than that, walked in with a very sore jaw thinking maybe some kind of infection as I have been dealing with a sinus condition. Walked away with replacement fillings, replacing fillings I had never had an issue with for years. When the novocaine wore off, same exact lower jaw pain. At least the real problem was masked for about 6 hours due to novocaine. Won't be returning and would not recommend. read more
