Next day I was told the driver's name, license plate number and phone number, time of arrival. The driver was neatly dressed,polite and friendly. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Zach,the driver,drove very well. Offered bottle water and asked if we were comfortable with temperature in the vehicle. When we arrived at the airport made sure luggage and we were all set. Used same service on return trip. Same notification day before and day of. This time Larsen was the driver met me inside at baggage claim. Again neatly dressed, friendly and polite. I showed him the wrong suitcase, didn't realize. Vehicle again clean inside and out. We were about 20 minutes out,when airport called me and informed me I had wrong suitcase. Larsen without a complaint turned around and went back to the airport. Totally helpful getting wrong piece in baggage claim and picking up mine . Again never complained instead we both laughed about it. I feel prices quoted were fair and the service was excellent I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them for your next trip.
