Lee and Hannah did an amazing job on my hair! I absolutely love it! I have a wonderful and very informative hair consultation with Lee before beginning the process. The good: It was $65 for shampoo and cut for women's. They allowed walk-ins. Got my hair done by Le. They take cash, card or Zelle. The salon is small but tidy and clean. I liked all of the orchid flowers they had on their wall shelves. I was recommended longer layers for easier maintenance. I'm happy with how it came out and with the level of care put into the drying process. The hair wash was satisfying and made me want to take a nap. It was so relaxing. Just went here for the first time and I will be back. They were amazing. I got a pedicure. I usually do my own nails because I like to. But being pregnant it's hard for me to reach my toes now . The lady, I didn't get her name, was so friendly and did a beautiful job! Last time I got a pedicure at a different place (probably 5 years ago) it hurt. But she was so gentle and detailed. After my pedicure I got a bob haircut with Rachael. I have fine hair which can be hard to get a good bob cut. Rachael did amazing and I love my hair! She even finished the cut with a dry cut to get it perfect. In my experience, someone who knows how to do a bob dry cut is good and knows what they're doing. Also, I'm an introvert and don't need a lot of conversation. Everyone there was the perfect balance of friendly, conversation, but not too much to where I couldn't relax. I came here thru a recommendation of a friend for a Brazilian Blowout / hair straightening. I love the salon and the stylists here. RACHEL did my straightening. She is super thorough and meticulous. I have naturally wavy / frizzy hair and Rachel made my blowout perfect with volume rather than stick straight. I used to get my hair done at a salon in KTown - baby lights that would take 8 hours and multiple people at one time working on different sections of my hair. It was tiring to say the least. I'd try to only go twice a year. My hair was also twice the length it is now. Trying to find places that did my hair the same but take less time was stressful. In 2022 I went to a place in Manhattan for awhile who just ended up bleaching the whole thing over time and I hated it. So I dumped black on top and chopped 10" off which resulted to my messy "before" picture. Yet, I still longed to have the dimension I once had. In 2023 when checking for salons in the South Bay I hadn't noticed this one until recently. I had went prior for a hair cut / thinning and absolutely loved it for my thick, coarse, and heavy hair. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later where I stopped by to ask for a consultation on highlighting (not babylights this time) and Le said she could do it in 3-4 hours! I was STUNNED. ABSOLUTELY YES. I went in at 9:30 am and left around 1. She really did it guys! I'll have to take more photos when I get a chance, because this doesn't do it justice that's for sure! She had done EXACTLY what I asked for, money pieces and everything! I am so grateful for her work I had wish I found her sooner! Trust this salon! I should probably get my manicures done here too! I am thrilled to have found them. My old salon closed and I had an awful experiences at a couple of others, so I didn't have high hopes. Rachel looked at photos of what I wished to achieve, (or close to it) and then did it. My hair is fine, thin, yet curly. I am transitioning from lifelong full color to my new natural salt and pepper. She was able to give me partial highlights that look natural and far better than what my head was doing on it's own. The cut bring out my natural curls and I am very pleased.
