My fiancé and I are building a house and had to select every single light. We went to a few places…read morebefore J&K and were starting to feel a bit overwhelmed with all the selections and had differing opinions on most. Then we came to JK and met Diane. She made the process so easy with her HONEST opinions. She tells it like it is. If she did not like a light we selected, she would tell us straight up. Or when it came time that I liked one light and my fiancé liked another... she would explain which one worked better. Or if neither worked, she'd quickly pivot to a 3rd option that usually worked much better with the flow of our house and we both liked more than either of our selections. With Diane's expertise, great recommendations, and honest opinions on each light, we were able to select every light in our house in 2 hours (we were looking for 2 weeks before coming here). It was very refreshing having a salesperson with such brutally honest feedback. By the end, we all agreed on every single light and there is not a single regret or second thought. Save yourself some time and go to J&K first.

She even reviewed the different finishes the lights came in and perfectly match the metal color of the pendent light and size of the fixture that looked the best in our new kitchen. Her services provided in our selection process could not be achieved by just going on line and placing an order. Since we just painted our bedroom we wanted something wIth a little bling. It was difficult to find what we were looking for. We stopped in on a Saturday and the pacce was not crowded. We were able to walk around and get ideas. They have a good selection of lamps to look at. It can kind of be overwhelming. We found a lamp we both liked. We were helped by David. David was able to help us find the same lamp but mounted directly to the ceiling. We decided to purchase the lamp. They do have a couponing the Clipper Magazine. We did not have the coupon but David said he would apply it to our purchase. I was assuming that we would need to order the lamp and it would be in the store to pick up in a few weeks. THEY HAD IT INN STOCK. We walked out with the lamp. Very happy customers. We also asked them about a reading lamp. They did not have what we were looking for but they offered to keep an eye out for what we needed. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
