He spent more time with me explaining his process than the other estimators I met. Once I ordered the charger we set a preliminary date for the day after it arrived. MK showed up when promised and was here under 3 hours. The install looks great! Very minimal intrusion or visibility as he has to run the wire from my basement to the garage. The area was cleaned up like new and the drywall looked great, which is something the other estimates I got did not include. I highly recommend MK and I-REM Electric and Construction and would use them again for any needs that arise.

I've used this company for several years and never had a problem until today. I asked them to turn…read moremy sprinkler system on and they charged me an extra $100 to replace 2 sprinkler heads that I did not ask them to replace. When I called to ask about it, Scott who I assume is the owner was so rude on the phone. First, he told me he didn't believe me that the heads were replaced without asking me. Second, he started yelling on the phone. Instead of trying to compromise, he was extremely aggressive. His solution was to send his guy back with the broken heads and take the new heads back. And he was just so rude. If an owner of a company yells at a female customer for calling about a billing company, that guy has no business working with the public. Completely inexcusable behavior. I will never ever use this company again based on how rude Scott is.

However, when candle day came along this year, they had all of the new candles including the pop up collection that was released just for candle day. I was so excited!! It was held for three days this year due to COVID19. I think they were trying to spread out the crowds but it didn't work. Most stores were pretty much sold out early Saturday, as was online. I had that Friday off so I went fairly early and was able to get what I wanted. I had two gift cards and it didn't cost me a dime out of pocket, yay! I was disappointed in the candle day price this year as it was raised to 9.95. Used to be 8.95. Fortunately I did have a coupon to help with that. Now, semiannual sale is happening. I love this sale for its 75% off deals. I went early and was first in the store. This sale is a big one and the truly good deals always sell out in a matter of hours. I am thrilled I was able to get some of these. I will admit I did go to another store in the afternoon to get a few other things I was looking for but I really went ham at Clifton park, haha. Thankfully, I had gotten gift cards for Christmas too which covered most of what I got. Woohoo! I love this store. I am not a collector, as I actually use my products. I love them. I'll never understand hoarding and letting them go to waste just for their packaging. Also, they have a nice selection of men's products. My boyfriend loves them so I regularly pick those up for him.
