WARNING: Selling Cubic Zirconia as authentic Tanzanite. Commercial Fraud! Do not trust this store. I bought a pendant advertised on their website as "Tanzanite". Before purchasing, I explicitly emailed their customer support asking if the gemstone was real, natural Tanzanite. Their support agent (Jazmin) officially replied confirming it was 100% genuine.Right after my purchase, they secretly changed the website description of the product to "Tanzanite-colored Cubic Zirconia" to cover their tracks. When I confronted them with screenshots of their own email admitting the fraud, their legal department refused to compensate my €30 international customs fees and tried to force me to return the item to the US at my own expense just to hide the physical evidence. They are lying about materials to secure sales and scamming international buyers. I am uploading the screenshots of their deceptive emails.
