I would leave 0 stars if that were an option. I had the worst experience, their jewelry is not up to par. During my first visit I purchased a pair of $75 moonstone earrings, which tarnished after the first couple of days, even though they claim everything is 925 Sterling. Not very good quality as the moonstone earrings broke and the stones looked fake. Would not recommend shopping here for the sake of your own jewelry quality. On top of that, when I came back a few days later some lady called Mary followed me around the store and made hateful racist comments under her breath when she thought I was out of earshot, claiming that only white people can wear certain types of jewelry. Steer clear of this wannabe jewelry seller, especially if you care about being treated with basic human decency!!! read more

Don't buy from here. Bought a necklace and a ring, both of which lost pieces from them. Went back and the guy basically laughed at me because it was more than thirty days. This is a very late post Because I wanted to see how the situation would play out. Here's the story I went to Monterey over the Memorial Day weekend and we came across this Jewelry store situated at the end of fisherman's wharf. I bought these really pretty Earrings. We went to that store 2 days in a row in the 2 days I spent over a $100 in there and so did my bestie. When I got home was telling my friend about all the stuff that I bought and the pretty earrings, she says ooh send me a pic and that's when I noticed one of the stones was missing out of the one of the earrings. So the next day I call and the gentleman says OK I'm gonna give you my number send me a picture of the receipt and the earrings showing the stone missing and I will mail you out a replacement and then you can mail me back the damage ones. I said awesome I could that. In my mind I was thinking wow what great customer service. I spoke to soon, because here we are almost a month later and no replacement. My job is making sure business are in compliance and its mentally draining, so it slipped my mind. It was almost 3 weeks when I hadn't heard anything I checked my USPS informed delivery for the package nope nada. So I texted again nothing I ended up calling and the young lady says oh that's Paul he's not in he'll be in an hour. My life doesn't stop to wait for a calls, I'm very busy, and once again I forgot. It's obvious now that I'm not going to get a replacement. I wanted to wait on the outcome to post this review. I'm very sad because they are very beautiful earrings. I guess I will go to craft store for a replacement stone and every time I get a complaint I'm going to tell this story. read more

The front of the store looks really touristy, but go to towards the back of the store is where all the finer jewelry; beautiful semi-precious pieces are. The store is very neat and clean! There are quick introductions of the stones displayed throughout each section. I got a beautiful pair of Ethiopian Opal earrings. They are fair priced for the quality. read more

Such a great place to buy your loved one jewelry. They have great prices and they also offer a great variety of different stones and gems. When I used to live in California, I often went here with my sister. Sometimes to just look and sometimes we got something matching. They have pretty much all ring sizes you can think of. They also offer a locals discount, that's also pretty cool considering it's located at the wharf so everything around that area is overpriced. That being said, when you look out their window, they offer a beautiful scenery. I suggest going when it's closer to the sunset because the way the sun shines inside the store and onto the jewelry it's almost magical. First off I will say I bought a pair of earrings that were absolutely beautiful and were what I had been looking for. They were reasonably priced. Less than six months later, the gem fell out of the setting of an earring. I called the company and was told that I would receive a replacement if I sent proof of purchase. I did this, and the reply back was that their policy is one month but if I sent them the earrings they would "see if the supplier would replace them". I appreciate the gesture, but I do not have confidence in a company that has so little confidence in itself that it only has a one month policy. I will pay the money to have them fixed locally, and will stick to the jewelery companies I am used to working with who offer a one year policy. read more
