We love Elegant Floors. First I'll start with Marco, he is so patient. I spent over 6 months choosing a floor, taking home samples, coming back for new ones. He never pressured me and always offered to help when I kept changing my mind. (I am really indecisive). Finally after forever I made a decision. We opted to re-floor the entire house so I wanted to be sure I would love it. His rates for the install and flooring were reasonable so we hired them to do the install as well. Install: Marco and his team are very skilled, detail oriented and efficient. We had them replace the floors in our entire house and they worked through each room efficiently but with care. They didn't rush the job at all. About halfway through we ran into a foundation issue. It was a real setback but his team finished what they could then waited 60 days while we fixed the foundation and let it dry. As soon as it was ready they came back and finished the job in less than a week! We ran into a few issues though out the process but Marco was always willing to talk though options (like our 50 year old stair issues) and do his best to work around the quirks of our old house. Overall we are very pleased and happy we chose Elegant Floors. I would definitely give them my business again! read more

Found this business driving on Foothill Blvd; did not know it existed. Good thing they put a sign clearly visible to passing traffic. We walked in and worked with Marco to select the flooring to replace the one I installed 22 years ago. Marco is very easy to work with; no hard sell etc I have been to a few flooring stores and this store had the best selection and prices. The install went great; I forgot how much work it was. The installers cleaned up and left us with a great looking floor. Marco stopped by to go over the work and answered the questions we had. I had come to this store in search of new flooring for my home and had made the wrong choice by coming here. The guy that works here is absolutely rude as can be and has very poor customer service. He provides no assistance with helping to show you flooring that you are looking for. You are better off searching on your own. His expectation is that you will come into the store and within 15mins decide what you want and purchase it, as if a $4000 purchase is equivalent to buying a new pair of shoes. His comments and attitude are very misogynistic as well. He had to audacity to say your husband has you picking out the flooring and then tells me I'm doing too much and looking too much into the flooring - just pick one! He lost a customer for sure. I will not tolerate someone speaking to me that way and damn sure won't be doing business with this guy. For those looking for flooring especially women, do not come here and be careful for this guy. read more

Do not buy from this vendor. We thought we would support a local merchant rather than going through Flooring Liquidators, but shouldn't have. The sales guy, Marcos was able to get us a lower price on the flooring but upcharged is on other material. When my husband figured this out, he was told by the sales guy that he "has to earn money" and that we "should have paid more attention." Shady business. Just go with Flooring Liquidators.
