My experience with Bridgebay Flooring exceeded my expectations! I was in a jam finding a flooring for my new house in Santa Rosa. It was very hard to find a product that wouldn't break the bank, but also wasn't poor quality. When spending the type of money it takes to put in hardwood floors, it's very hard to find the look mixed with the quality, and Bridgebay had exactly that. I was referred to Bridgebay by my flooring contractor and he put me in touch with Oliver. Oliver was incredible. Not only was he extremely kind and professional, he went above and beyond to help me out. He opened his shop for me when it was closed to come in and take a took at the products. I gave him an idea of my price range and the color scheme before I arrived and as soon as we stepped in the door he pulled a couple products and they were exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the product is what was the best part, it was affordable and good quality wood that I knew would withstand my kids and dog. He made the process so seamless. I placed the order that day and within the next week, he delivered the flooring all the way to Santa Rosa. It was installed yesterday and the best part is that it is BEAUTIFUL! It is exactly what I envisioned. If I ever need flooring in the future I for sure would use this company again. Very knowledgeable and experienced with top-notch customer service and installation. With so many options in wood flooring, it can be overwhelming. Oliver spent an hour explaining all the variables so we were able to make informed decisions about what to buy. He accommodated all our needs with samples, scheduling etc. We have 2 of those funky stone fireplaces, and the way they installed the wood around them is nothing short of amazing! (See pics). Oliver, the staff and the installers were all great. I highly recommend! Tip: If possible, order a box of your flooring and open it in your house prior to making your final choice to see what it really looks like. The samples and photos don't fully capture the look of the wood. I love my floors, but there was a lot more variation in color than I thought from the samples and photos. When we purchased our new (2,000+ square ft) home, our top priority was to replace the carpet and flooring throughout. We had an idea of what we wanted, but when we got to Bridgebay, we were "floored" (pun intended) with the huge selection of options. After a conversation with Oliver about the pros and cons of different flooring, we ended up going with a much more durable option and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! I was looking for a particular hardwood flooring. I called more than 5 places to price check and Bridgebay's pricing is the most competitive. I had a lot of questions about the process (availability of the wood, ETA of the wood, warehouse location, etc.) and Management always responds very promptly through either email or phone. We picked up the wood ourselves from their warehouse on the day that Management said the wood would be ready, so there was no delay at all. Management also personally checked the condition of the wood to make sure they are in good shape. All in all, I value their efficiency, responsiveness and QC process.
