The only reason I shop here is because I love their vinegars - The bad thing is though is the shop manager/owner acts like she could care less if you buy something or not. Good thing the store has a good following because her customer service leaves much to be desired in my opinion.

Some thing to know before you buy these delicious flatbreads: 1) These are not your chewy wrap style flatbreads. So if that's what you expect, you may be disappointed (but I am not at all!) 2) You MUST heat them in a hot oven or toaster oven!!! If not, they'll be too soft and seem soggy! I go 12 minutes at 450F, and flip half way thru. If you reheat them the right way, you get a super flaky crust! You should be able cut it into quarters and hold each piece up nice and firm where it doesn't bend or fall apart. I think people may end up heating them the wrong way and then being disappointed with a mushy flatbread. These take patience! The vendors are always super nice and willing to let you try whatever you like. Check em out!

When I asked the cashier to clarify, the response felt dismissive, as if I should just accept the markup without question. To make matters worse, as I browsed the store, I noticed several items that were past their expiration dates. If you're going to charge premium prices, the very least I expect is for the food to be fresh and safe to eat. That's just basic quality control. Unfortunately, between the inflated prices and expired goods, I can't recommend this store. I love supporting neighborhood spots, but this one left a bad impression -- both in service and value.

It's a cute little shop, a bit difficult to maneuver while avoiding people (but not impossible). I'm excited to see that Santa will be stuffing stockings with high quality, locally made candies!!! There is so much more than chocolate, they have great little gift ideas, teas, sauces and local crafts and novelty items.
