I was advised that a plastic zip would be more hard wearing and was quoted £45.00 to have it replaced. Even though I felt this was expensive I agreed to have it done. I started to wear the jacket in November when it got colder and now after 4 months of use the plastic end has snapped off and does not hold the zip in place. The coat is unwearable. I have returned it only to be told it is my fault for the way in which i have used it. He has refused to replace it for free and says it will cost me another £45.00. The zip was obviously faulty but it seems they are refusing to accept liability. I will never use this shop again. I only wanted to give ONE star but that was not accepted
