They do a lot in this little place. I have dry cleaned two…read morecoats in this here, one being my winter coat which was dry cleaned and needed a repair due to the button falling off, This cost me £11:50 in total. They did an excellent job on both coats. I put my coat in on a Wednesday and they said I should pick it up Saturday afternoon and I said i wont be able so they said Saturday morning, it must of been a stretch for them but they still went out of they way, which is top customer service ill say. Noor also do shoe repairs, alterations and repairs. They also specialise in the following leather suede garments Punjabi suits & sarees silk & Linen coat & Dresses Wedding Dresses They also do a lot special offers. Shirts for 99p (wash & press on hanger) Duvets and Blankets from £12 and Curtains from £14:99 10 shirts from £7 pressing on). They open seven days a week so no sabbath for them then. And also do free collection and delivery.

After picking it up (a week later), I took it home and tried it on. The suit was dirtier that before. There were marks on the trousers, the jacket and the previous paper tag (which I'd forgotten to remove from the inside label from a previous dry clean) was intact, not even marked. I spoke to the shop on the phone. I was polite and asked for either a refund or for them to re-clean it. I was refused both and the owner of the shop raised his voice and was extremely rude. Awful service, do not use.

This place has very bad reviews in other websites and doesn't deserve 1 star too in here ( I should…read moresearched properly before wasting my time and money in here). Avoid at any cost as It has the worst customer service (very unreliable and don't capable of doing one simple task), lack of integrity and honesty. I gave him a shirt for sewing and alterations, not only he ruined the shirt but also refused to refund me the £40, I paid for. It was such a simple shirt and any person who knows how to sew, could make it without any mistakes easily. He just made so many excuses not to refund me by saying it was such a complicated job and so on. Just ignore this place as they can't use sewing machine and not capable of doing what they promise to do. There is another place a bit further up towards Hanwell with much better service and more reliable, the other place just charged me £20 for all the mess the owner of this place has done on my shirt. Customer satisfaction is a must which lacks in this place.

I used this laundrette for alterations because my usual dry cleaner had popped out to lunch and I…read morewas in a hurry so took a chance on Soapy Suds. Although the staff are friendly and clearly a family run business, the quality of the service they provide is very disappointing. I took a skirt in to have a new zip fitted. The skirt was brand new with tags still attached but as it had a broken zip I had been able to secure it at a bargain price. When I collected the skirt I was surprised to see they had chosen to use a metal zip when the original had been nylon. The zip subsequently caught the lining in it and jammed and the staff told me that I would have to be very careful not to jam it in future. At home the zip broke completely as I was trying the skirt on and to make matters worse I discovered the metal zip is completely exposed whereas the original is completely concealed for a smart look. This should have been a simple task and I now have to pay another £7 to have the same procedure repeated or attempt it myself! The lining had several rips now as a result of this botched job. I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. I would not recommend this place for alterations or repairs although the launderette facilities may be better...
