When I brought my van in on October 22,2024 I explained there were noises coming from underneath the van. They could not give me a ride , so I had to make arrangements to get a ride to work. They called me to say the van was ready for pickup and they found the exhaust system heat shield on the down pipe loose and rattling and they re-secured it and the noise was gone The total bill was $72.01. However, the noise persist so I took it to another mechanic. The diagnosis was the Left and Right Front Sway Bar Links needed replaced and the repair was done. Since then , the noise was eliminated. They even have an online service portal where they take pictures of your rotors, air filters, and recommend other services during your routine maintenance. They are pretty reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being cheated or taken advantage of - their recommendations were reasonable and the staff was kind.
