I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am as I customer of this repair store. I brought my TV…read moreto them in the beginning of June. I never once received a phone call from them saying how long or how much the repair would be. So after a week of waiting I call them. I finally reach someone and she tells me that she would call me back to let me know the information a she could not find the information at that moment. She never calls me back. I call back the next day. This time I reach a voice mail. I leave a message. No one calls me back. I leave a message several days in a row asking about my TV. Finally after several days I reach someone and she informs me that the part needed for the repair will take a few more days and the cost for the repair is much more than I would have expected. So I agree to have it repair because it was there for so long. After a month and a half, I call the store and I finally get someone to tell me the repair is finished. I then tell them that I will be in a few days to pick it up. I arrive on a Friday afternoon and I see that there are two speakers that detach on the sides missing. The lady working the counter cannot find the speakers and asks me to return the next morning to pick up the TV when they can find the speakers and put them back on. I inform her about how I was not a happy customer and that I would hope the owner would reduce the cost of the repair for all the times that I have to call over and over again trying to find out the status of my repair and the fact that when I actually can to pick up the item that I was getting repaired, it was not correct. So you would think the owner would do something right for the customer and reduce the amount of the repair. No he refused to lower the repair cost. So not only does this store not care about keeping me as a loyal customer but he charges way too much and does not know how to reach to the customer to try to resolve anything. I would never take anything back to this store in my life. I would never recommend it to anyone at anytime. They do not know how to treat they customers and the repairs they do are not well at all. Thee are several repair services in the area, GO TO THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THIS REPAIR STORE YOUR BUSINESS. They only see you as a dollar sign and do not care one bit about you as a costumer.
