This is the second time I've trusted him with my vehicle--he previously installed a stereo system in my MGB--and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Mike's workmanship is top-tier: clean, precise, and professionally done. Everything works perfectly, and the installation looks factory-finished. Just as important, his communication is outstanding. He keeps you informed every step of the way, explains your options clearly, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's rare to find someone who combines technical skill, honesty, and great customer service the way Mike does. I'm extremely happy with the work he's done and wouldn't hesitate to return for future projects. If you're looking for high-quality automotive audio, security, or camera installations in the Hamilton, New Jersey area, I highly recommend Sound Auto and Mike. You won't be disappointed.

Instead, there are buttons on the steering wheel. After 8 months I never got used to the buttons, especially on a traffic circle. I found aftermarket stalks and bought them. Turns out the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed to do the installation and I was not up to that with either skills or tools. I worked for hours to find someone to install them. Tesla would not and most places would not touch the job or if they did wanted a fortune to do the work. Marc was great in explaining everything and setting me up with an appointment. The place has a great vibe. They set me up with WiFi and the music they play is great. I highly recommend Imagine Audio as my go-to place for anything involving the dashboard.

I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.

I decided to check out this shop after purchasing my new car because of the numerous positive…read moreratings on google, as well as the close proximity to my location. Despite the expensive home audio setup I have at home, I came to this shop with very little knowledge about car audio. Felix at the front desk greeted me immediately and fielded all of my questions and gave me several quotes to best fit my budget as well as my end goal (which was to obtain a high level of clarity and detail by installing aftermarket speakers and amplifiers along with having two 12" subwoofers installed to fulfill my inner basshead). After settling on the right price and components (which were explained to me thoroughly despite my lack of knowledge), we arranged to have my system installed the very next day. Before getting into my car the next day after the installation, I had the chance to meet with Felix again as well as the owner, Tony. Both of them took the time to explain exactly what they installed and why, but more importantly - they explained the level of investment that their technicians put into their work on my car by adjusting each detail to fine-tune the sound to perfection. Turning on my car and hearing my system bring to life the music I have been listening to for the last few years has been an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, attention to detail and passion for their work.
