There wasn't hot water for a shower one night. Our keys stopped working for no apparent reason. The last day our toilet started draining very slow. All in all, I feel very remorseful that I spent $360 on such a low quality/gross room a night an additional $100 for my 6 pound Chihuahua. Do not recommend. Exceedingly expensive for not much quality or cleanliness.

Icings on the cake? Last time we were here it was also my Birthday. They left a lovely bottle of bubbles. This time a happy birthday card some chocolate and a brand new wine opener with NO WINE. Last but not least, Roku tv loaded, opened live TV clicked on every channel and the screen turned black. I tried everything trying to get on turning it off making sure it was updated. It was not a user error. I can assure you. Said front desk lady was unhelpful. I tried what she suggested. No luck. She should've offered us a different room. The keurig was nice but no water. The self phone charging pads built in to the lamps seemed helpful to use but both sides did not work. Needless to say our stay has been grossly disappointing. The room was a little on the small side, but had everything you could possibly need. It was nicely decorated and very clean and stocked. Breakfast buffet of your typical eggs, sausage, pastries etc was adequate and the biscuits with sausage gravy were buttery delicious. We hung out in the pool one afternoon and met some new people. It was fine, nothing special but was a nice little pool area. The hot tub is not available for use at the moment which would have made it a little better if it was. The cute little steam saunas in the yard were a really nice and unexpected bonus. You reserve 20 minutes in advance minimum so that it can heat up. And we loved it. Staff is friendly and attentive, grounds are nice. We have stayed in Leavenworth 2 other times and both times we basically thought "yeah, not sure it's worth coming up here" when the lodging is not great. Good that so many people in and around Seattle are getting solar panels, bad that the number of people in the industry isn't enough to keep up with the demand in a timely manner.
