A big plus for this charging station is that is at the Town Square in Vegas. If you have errands to…read morerun or need a bite to eat, this is a great location for your charging needs. It's near the airport, not far from the Strip, just a very convenient location. A big negative is there are very few stations, just ten! We waited 30 minutes to charge on a Sunday afternoon and were the second ones in line. A huge line developed behind us and stayed steady through when we left. One random car didn't get in line and f-ed themselves over, so just mind the line. I don't mind this charging station but because the wait can get crazy, I prefer others in the Vegas area.

There were other adjacent lots and businesses, so it can be somewhat hard to locate at first. I mainly came here as it had the cheapest charging rates in the vicinity. There wasn't much close by, so I stayed in my car for the duration of the charging session.

Peak hour rates are lower than off-peak rates at other locations. At night, there's actually a really good view of the Sphere. Cons - I drove here past midnight and had the hardest time getting into the lot. Tesla GPS tried to take me in through the West and North gates, but those were closed. The only entrance was on the east from Cambridge St. Makes sense by the name, but it was super confusing at night. Nothing really in walking distance. Get ready to hang out in your car for a bit unless you want to watch the sphere for a bit. Safety - it seems a bit questionable, but there was a flow of other drivers coming in to charge and the large parking lot seemed to have some legitimate business happening - unloading and loading of trucks.

The next morning, multiple warning lights and alerts appeared, and I wasn't sure what was wrong. I called EV Mobile Charging LV, and Brent was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He listened carefully, quickly understood what had happened, and explained the problem and solution clearly. George was the technician who came out, and he was quick, professional, friendly, and efficient. He did an excellent job getting my EV working again. This is an honest and reliable business with great prices and excellent customer service. I'm genuinely grateful for their help, and I will absolutely call them again if I have any EV battery issues or need emergency roadside assistance. If you drive an EV in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend saving their number and calling them first!

As I searched the isles for a part that was on the O'Reilly website, I was listening to this employee complain to a customer at the counter about how old the register system was and this and that. Nothing but crankiness and negativity. Sit, you're much too old to be thus inappropriate and there's no faster way to lose customers than that. The employee is the oldest guy who works here. We walked out - no one is getting our business when a smile and respectful customer service is free. Didn't find it here today. This is the attraction to any business getting returning customers.

I had a really disappointing experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location…read more We called ahead regarding a brake line leak and were told they didn't have anything that could help. When we came in anyway, we were able to locate the necessary components ourselves within minutes, including items we were explicitly told were not available. We asked an employee if they had banjo washers, which are standard sealing components for brake hose fittings. We were told we would need to go to another location. We then went to the hardware section and found them in stock ourselves. This is not a specialty item. It is a basic component in any hydraulic brake system. We also asked if we could briefly borrow a wrench to address the issue in the parking lot and were told no because everyone is thieves. That response was unprofessional and unnecessary. The store was also extremely inefficient. Three employees were all focused on a single customer purchasing antifreeze while a line of customers waited. There was no attempt to assist anyone else or move the line along. The overall attitude from staff, particularly an older woman and man working, was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to provide accurate information or even basic customer service. Despite being told they had nothing that could help, we were able to purchase the correct parts from this same store and resolve the brake line issue ourselves. The only problem was the staff. If you already know exactly what you need and can find it yourself, you might be fine. If you expect accurate information or any level of assistance, this location falls well below standard.

Despite a recent service check showing the battery was fine, we found ourselves stranded before dawn with a failing battery. After a failed attempt at a 24-hour location that didn't have the part in stock, we found the AutoZone on Decatur Boulevard. Their site showed our battery in stock and a 6:00 AM opening time. We pulled up right at 6:00 AM. The Experience: Store manager Jair greeted us and was running the entire store solo that morning. Even as several customers filed in right at opening, Jair managed the crowd effortlessly. He balanced helping customers at the front desk and heading outside in the dark to install our new battery. The Outcome: Jair was incredibly pleasant, efficient, and calm under pressure. He had us taken care of and safely on our way to Colorado in no time. Fantastic customer service when we needed it most!
