I…read morearrived at 11:00 a.m. and the hotel registration line was pretty long, when I was greeted I was told that I had three options to check in. I could pay $75 extra per night and get a room right then, I could pay $65 and get an early check-in they would text me when a room was available, or I could wait until 3:00 p.m. and check in for free. I was there for a conference and I needed to get to my room and change so I paid $65 and asked if I could be texted when a room was cleaned and available. I asked for a tea kettle and was told they do not offer any hot water options. That was extremely disappointing. So I did not have hot sleepytime tea my entire trip :( I may need to invest in a travel tea kettle. I did get a text at 1:15 p.m. that a room was ready, So I went back to registration and got my key. I was in the Octavius Tower on the 51st floor. When I got to my room I noticed it was an ADA room. That was fine but the closet was a half closet and I am a 5ft 11in female with multiple outfits per day for a conference. So if I hung my clothes in the closet they were dragging on the floor. I had to hang them on the door and just pray they didn't fall on the floor. I texted the guest concierge about the room, but did not receive a response. I was happy to see a Keurig in the room but come to find out if you want to make Keurig coffee in your room, you have to pay $10.50 per 4pk of K-Cup. I did not see any cream or sugar. The fiji bottled water was $15. Don't move anything in the mini bar or the refrigerator because they're censored and you will be charged. There were no water refill stations anywhere. You were basically forced to buy their bottled water. You could get water from the little shops throughout the casino for $9 and above. Adding guest water refill stations is definitely a sustainability opportunity for the resort. Be sure to ask the hotel for a current map because the ones online vary in accuracy. There is so much to see and do at Caesars Palace, But the majority of my time was spent at the conference center and a few of the restaurants. I will write those reviews separately. Wouls I stay here again, probably not. Only because there are certain amenities that I prefer and Caesars Palace does not offer.

The Bellagio is a great place to stay on the Strip. It has a huge casino, plenty of dining options,…read morea decent amount of shopping choices, and it is beautiful. This is my second stay here. My first stay was 5-star worthy but this time there were a few things that left me wanting. It started with the front desk lady who was decent but was hurried and not as helpful as I'd like. When I asked where we could leave our luggage she just said valet but didn't tell us precisely where we should go so we walked in circles. She also didn't share where the rooms were but having been there before I was okay there. They do have a pretty slick process where you get a text and it walks you through a lot of the information I thought she might have provided so if she would have even explained that part to me it would have been better. Fortunately our room was ready early so we didn't have to drag our luggage around for hours or until we found someone to hold them for us. The room was in the Spa Tower and was nice. It had a large soaking tub and separate shower as well as his and hers sinks. The bed was comfortable and, although being on the 7th floor wasn't great for the best views, it still was a good vantage point to see the ferris wheel and part of the sphere and the Bellagio fountains. On the downside, the sinks periodically emitted sewage smells. But the worst thing was they started doing some drilling that started at 5:30am on Monday. You read that correct, 5:30am! And it was so loud that when I went down to the 4th and then the 1st floors I could still hear it loud and clear. This was incredibly inconsiderate. When I got to the 1st floor I saw another guest complaining about it too. I get it, renovations have to take place. But at a decent hour! The next day they didn't start until about 8:30am, which was much more reasonable.

Then as my children were growing up we gathered at the mall too. Then the stimulation of the mall went away. The stores had nothing new and fresh. Now after visiting the mall in the last year, Fashion show has started to become different and offer more opportunities to have fun with those around you . They inspire one's imagination with small road trip displays that drag your imagination into perspective. Did you know that you can visit the North Pole? Right from Vegas? Even see Santa? An individual can even phone Santa from a playful private pay phone. No quarters needed! The possibilities here at Fashion Show are unbelievable. Take photo by the tree. The reindeer were unable for this trip. After all that fun at the North Pole, what did you truly come for? What are you looking for you will find it here? They offer the major stores: Neiman, Saks, Nordstrom's, and Macys for all those fabulous designer items. If it's that turquoise box your seeking Tiffany's is here too. They even have new toys stores to keep the little ones busy. Come and build that new magical friend at Build A Bear and enchant it and bring it to life with your magic. It's a beautiful enchanting experience for the whole family, no matter what your age. After all that shopping and having fun it's time to grab a bite to eat. Let's decide where to eat there are so many epic places and options. You can have things like pizza or choose to eat higher class. The choices are endless . My favorite little alcove is inside Neiman Marcus . The restaurant has it all. You have drinks, great eats, perfect service and views of all around the strip . What's not to love? The themed restaurant inside Neiman Marcus has winged butterflies. Let's see what we can find perfects a pinch of sparkling joy too! Shall we continue!

Granted, I haven't been shopping at the mall in a while (rather buy online), but this particular visit, my Mom and I were dress shopping for a wedding. On the plus side, the mall is super clean.

Even just walking through the casino and shopping areas felt elegant and relaxing compared to some other crowded Strip hotels. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful when directing guests to the theater. Parking was easy and having free parking for Nevada locals was a huge plus. The entire property has that "wow" factor and definitely adds to the overall experience when attending shows like Awakening. Would absolutely come back just to walk around, eat, or enjoy another show.

Additional info: After this night, when I reconnected my CarPlay, a location called "Whispers"…read moresynced with the car's recent travel history. I brushed it off as weird, but it stuck and it comes up as a gps option ONLY when I'm in my vehicle. Nowhere else do I open Maps and get suggested "Whispers" as a top option. I literally just last night had a convo with someone who joked about Whispers being a low-level strip club, and now I know exactly why it's in my car's logged trips. I go to several local adult venues in town. I have never ONCE even considered learning the address of Whispers. There is no connection to anyone I know, either. I wonder where they took my car and what they did to/in it. Please get an interior camera for your car. Put an AirTag in the TRUNK, as well. Put an alert on your phone (make sure it's set to alert you when DND is on). Your phone knows where you last parked your car in Maps - it does NOT know if the car moves while you're away. Cameras and tags are not super expensive, but I'd pay $$ just to see the face of the loser who stole my car and brought it back with a device attached to it. As you can see, the default is to not believe you. Proof MIGHT give you some recourse after you've been violated. The simplest explanation is usually the correct one. Put the simple pieces together. Decide for yourself, and always assume your own risk when giving your keys to a f-boy in a polyester jacket.
