The charging speed is definitely not as advertised and usually is quite slower on the top end, especially when all 6 spots are in use. I have only gotten between 50-100 kwh on most visits and seems to be similar throttling for most vehicles in my experience. Another thing to note is you often see Waymo autonomous vehicle charging here instead of at their own stations which can be annoying since they take up a public spot. It is nice that 85% max charge is enforced as these chargers will cut you off and begin charging idle fees after 10 min grace. Easy access to forum shops at Caesar's so you can use the restrooms or walk a bit further once inside to grab some food at the food court and pass the time playing the slots while you charge.

Last night I added $12 and already had $4.5 from previous charges and again didn't get my full amount that was on my account. Top it off I had $30-40 on my debit card wanted to only charge the $12 I added along with the $4-5 they keep on my account (ridiculous) I dropped the charge at $11 which they would automatically do anyhow thinking had $20 something left on my debit card went to get cash back at store for $20 and was denied because they took $10 of my money I had on my debit and put it on my electrify account without my permission making me look like a damn fool in the store when I got denied for cash back. This place is horrible and a worse crook than 47 in office. Now they want to have everyone have a $50 deposit to ensure we have money on our account WTH I have money on my account obviously if I add $20 the money is there to do so and still do not get my whole $20 of a charge I paid for not $15 and they hold $5 that's left. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this company at all they are crooks and don't make sense. Rivian just makes you pay whatever it is you add with a card no membership to the charger and wallah that's it I will not ever use this company again even if it was left charging station to do so. Tesla has a time from 11pm to 8am where the charge is only .31 cents a kilowatt doing those hours and accepts adapters to use them. Electrify charges .40 to .50 daily and at night. Do not use this company it's the worse!

The shopping mall is probably my favourite part of Caesars. The Forum Shops are huge and there are so many stores that you can easily spend hours wandering around. The pool area is also really beautiful. With all of the Roman and Grecian architecture, you really do feel like you're living your best Grecian goddess life sitting around the pool. Overall, I think Caesars is worth experiencing at least once. The rooms wouldn't be my first choice, but between the shopping, the pool and the whole atmosphere of being at Caesars Palace, it's still a fun Vegas experience.

It's still unmistakably Vegas. It's massive, dramatic, busy, and there is something to be said for staying at a property with this much history attached to it. But "iconic" and "luxurious" are not always the same thing. Some areas still photograph beautifully, while others feel like they've been living off the Caesars name for a VERY long time. The property is also enormous. You can walk what feels like half a mile just trying to get from one part of the hotel to another. If you enjoy having restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the casino all under one roof, there's certainly no shortage of things to do. But if I'm paying Vegas luxury-hotel prices, I want the actual hotel experience to feel current too. That's where Caesars loses me a little. There's a fine line between classic and dated, and parts of this property have crossed it. I understand the nostalgia and why people still love it. Caesars Palace is Vegas history. But at this point, I think some of the appeal is exactly that: the history.

The mall is such a large shopping center with an incredible variety of stores. There's definitely something for everyone, and I loved seeing how many unique and fun shops they have. The only downside is that the layout can be a little confusing at first because of how large the center is, so it can take some time to figure out where everything is. One thing I would recommend is checking the event calendar before coming, especially if you're bringing kids. We originally planned our visit because we saw on social media that there were supposed to be fun, free activities and events for kids on the weekends. Unfortunately, when we went today, there weren't any events happening. So, just a heads-up: events aren't necessarily happening every weekend, even if you see older social media posts advertising them. Overall, though, The Wall is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. There are tons of stores, plenty of cute shops for kids, affordable options, upscale shopping, and pretty much anything and everything in between. Just check the event calendar ahead of time and give yourself plenty of time to explore!

From the front desk to the spacious guest rooms, terrific views and exceptional service throughout the property, the Palazzo consistently delivers. And speaking of the rooms, they're massive! On this visit, we had two queen beds for three people, and there was so much room we never felt like we were bumping into one another. The sunken living room is a wonderful feature. And the bathroom, with its separate shower, bathtub and toilet, makes you feel like you're staying in a mansion. The staff is equally impressive. Even employees we passed in the hallways would acknowledge us with a friendly greeting. On our second day, housekeeping wanted to clean our room around 4 p.m., which was too late for us. I called guest services and asked if they could take care of it the following morning while we were out. When we returned, everything was perfect. I'm not much of a gambler. I allocate $20 a night to the slots, and when it's gone, I'm done. On this visit, I actually hit a jackpot on a nickel slot machine. I immediately headed back to the room before I could give any of it back! One of the things we especially love is Canyon Ranch Spa, which I've reviewed separately on Yelp. The facility is massive, but the staff is superb. I've never been disappointed with a deep tissue massage here. They hire awesome therapists. Also on the third floor is the entrance to the pools. There are certainly bigger and splashier pools in Vegas, but if you're looking to relax and soak up some rays, it's a perfect spot. The collection of upscale restaurants throughout the Palazzo and Venetian is amazing. On this trip, I dined at Bouchon in the Venetian tower, and it was awesome. Check out my separate Yelp review. We also dined at several off-property restaurants, and the Palazzo's prime location made those trips relatively quick and convenient. My one minor frustration was the lower-level Uber pickup area. Our drivers rarely seemed to arrive within the estimated time, although that may have had more to do with Vegas traffic than the hotel. My most recent stay coincided with the opening weekend of Metallica's Life Burns Faster residency at the Sphere. The indoor walkway connecting the Palazzo and Venetian to the Sphere makes getting there quick and comfortable. What a great convenience! The Palazzo isn't inexpensive, but considering the accommodations, amenities and consistently excellent service, I think the price is fair. After all these years, the Palazzo remains my gold standard for Las Vegas resorts. Can't wait to return next year!

I especially love getting a room with a view of the Sphere--it's such a nice view to wake up to and look at. The casino itself isn't as crowded as some of the other casinos, which I actually really like. It makes it easier to walk around and find an open machine or table to play.

Tons and tons of places to drink, too! Personally, I prefer to spend time in the Resorts, but if you need something quick, I am sure you will find it here. The pillows are soft, the mattress feels like a cloud and the products are really nice and plush. It's no wonder so many people want to stay here. Service overall was good. Our front desk agent Gerard was a highlight. Really friendly and helpful in understanding our benefits we got with our room. Also gave us some recommendations for place to go and try as well. However, we had issues in service among other places in the property, notably the bell desk. We did have about a 2 hour delay before our room was ready so we dropped our stuff with the bell desk. The setup is weird, there is an inside person and people outside. It seems like everything goes through the outside people, we could only drop our stuff with them and pick our stuff up at checkout, we have no idea what the inside guy did except to direct us outside. Also, by the time our room was ready, we couldn't even pick up the stuff at the bell desk, only delivered to the room. It said it would take 15 minutes but we had to call and because it was "so busy" we had to wait almost an hour for it. The massive sprawling casino has a lot of games to play and a lot of different venues for everyone. Minimums are high for table games (as expected) but there is still something for everyone to play. Cocktail service was slow at times, but Sandra was friendly and quick as well as made some delicious cocktails. Overall, it really is a nice property with some great stuff. But it does feel like it doesn't know how to properly control crowds and leaving you like you were truly at a 5 star resort.
