Last night I added $12 and already had $4.5 from previous charges and again didn't get my full amount that was on my account. Top it off I had $30-40 on my debit card wanted to only charge the $12 I added along with the $4-5 they keep on my account (ridiculous) I dropped the charge at $11 which they would automatically do anyhow thinking had $20 something left on my debit card went to get cash back at store for $20 and was denied because they took $10 of my money I had on my debit and put it on my electrify account without my permission making me look like a damn fool in the store when I got denied for cash back. This place is horrible and a worse crook than 47 in office. Now they want to have everyone have a $50 deposit to ensure we have money on our account WTH I have money on my account obviously if I add $20 the money is there to do so and still do not get my whole $20 of a charge I paid for not $15 and they hold $5 that's left. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this company at all they are crooks and don't make sense. Rivian just makes you pay whatever it is you add with a card no membership to the charger and wallah that's it I will not ever use this company again even if it was left charging station to do so. Tesla has a time from 11pm to 8am where the charge is only .31 cents a kilowatt doing those hours and accepts adapters to use them. Electrify charges .40 to .50 daily and at night. Do not use this company it's the worse!

I'm fact those parked cars had Sun Shades in the windows so you can tell it was quite intentional that those cars were parked in those spaces for quite some time: Very unhappy I called Electrify America after waiting for 30 mins on the phone and the only thing they say is "we are working on it" Not Acceptable. I have written off this location forever.

While the hotel still impresses with its intricate Roman-inspired architecture, extensive casino, and prime location, many areas of the property feel dated and in need of renovation. The guest rooms and common areas no longer reflect the luxury experience one might expect from a flagship Las Vegas resort, especially given the room rates. The biggest disappointment, however, was my front desk experience. When I had questions regarding my reservation, the reception staff came across as very regimented and inflexible. Rather than feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt like my concerns were unimportant and following a scripted transcript. Customer service can make or break a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this interaction set a negative tone for the beginning of my stay. Caesars Palace still has many strengths such as its excellent location, extensive dining options, and connection to The Forum Shops. However, the combination of aging facilities and sub-optimal customer service will cause me to think twice before booking here again.

I am convinced that every Las Vegas hotel has a high-end luxury mall attached or a very minimum, a nearby mall that you can frequent. This massive mall offers a mix of luxury retailers, popular national brands, department stores, and dining options, making it easy to spend several hours browsing, shopping, and people-watching (one of my favorite pass times). The ambiance is bright, modern, and welcoming. Wide walkways and soaring ceilings make the space feel open. The mall's signature architectural feature...a dramatic canopy known as "The Cloud"...gives the property a unique look and helps distinguish it from other shopping centers on the Strip. Fashion Show mall offers something for nearly every shopper, from designer boutiques like Neiman Marcus and Kate Spade to affordable fashion and specialty stores such as Zara, Anthropologie, Dillards and Macy's. The variety of items is impressive. There are also plenty of casual dining options and quick stops for coffee or a snack between retail therapy. Also, one of the key advantages is its convenient location. Visitors can easily walk to the mall from many nearby resorts, making it a great escape from the casino floor. Service varies from store to store...ranging from extremely helpful to self-guided shopping.

There are restaurants, bars, shopping, and casinos throughout which make it convenient to get whatever you want whenever you want. The rooms are huge containing either one king or two queen beds, a large sofa, a large bathroom with bathtub, and a lot of space. Other amenities include a spa, pool, restaurants, and a gym. We were seeing a concert at the Sphere and this was the most convenient hotel to stay in. It connects via an indoor walkway directly to the entrance that took about 15 minutes. We even had a view of the Sphere directly from our hotel room. One issue I had was that the fridge in the room was full of drinks that were triggered to charge the room if they were even just moved. We had leftovers and nowhere to put them so we had no choice but to move the drinks. We made sure that upon check out the price didn't include the drinks and you should double check it as well. I get that they want to take our money, but I'd appreciate just a little space in the fridge. Parking was $20 per night for guests; there were four floors of parking that was also used by visitors who were just visiting the shops. It would've been even better if there was a parking area dedicated to just hotel guests.
