Nice stay! Place is right outside of NYC in Fort Lee NJ, but also a quick drive from the Palisades…read moreand Edgewater NJ. Because it's right off of 95 outside of the GW Bridge, it's hard to access coming from NY. You can't just cross over the highway, so you have to travel past the hotel for a bit and double back. Also, if you're super sensitive to road noise and traffic lights, keep the proximity to 95 in mind. But, it is a large building and solidly built. Sounds are minimal if at all, especially if your room isn't directly facing the highway. This hotel was very clean, and has a nice lobby. You can get breakfast included, which isn't anything beyond the basic hotel buffet bar, but it's available. There is also as bar( but not a restaurant). The hallways are pretty clean and modern, as was our room. We didn't have any issues with the furniture or bed linens, they were clean. Bathroom was large and there was a desk area where Hubby could get some work done. Internet was fine. Staff is very friendly and I did not encounter any attitudes from anyone during my visit. There are laundry rooms, but for a steep price of $10 for a wash/dry load, I decided to forgo and just wait till we got home. Overall a good stay, and more reasonable than those inside NY and imo more comfortable than what you get at a comparable place over there.

Secondly, customer service wasn't great when they were busy. We did order pizza in and I asked for plates and forks which we were given at the time. We took up a long table near the entrance. When two of the girls in our party sat at a smaller table with access to a tv I went up to customer service and asked if we could get the television on for them and the lady at the front desk stated in awhile after she checked in a guest. We were completely forgotten about after more than hour. I did go up to ask for extra towels and inquired about bottled water and was told it 4 dollar per bottle. I then asked about the workout room and laundry room. Upon venturing into the workout room which was exceptional with a variety of machines but there were no workout towels available. There were also no paper towels in the restroom. Next the laundry room , we found the laundry room and the price was 5 dollar a load. Breakfast in the morning was from 6-9am and had the variety of items. I had some coffee , toast and some eggs. I later grabbed a cup of juice. Took a banana for the road. Overall the hotel met our basic needs and we appreciate that.

But I still like the quality of their tables, the wide space and the good stash of balls they provide. One problem we constantly run into, when the party next to us play at the same time and they use a machine. They shoot all the balls towards us while practicing. Becomes a huge distraction for us.

During off peak hours (before 5 pm), you can play for 30 minutes for just 10 dollars. Reservations are made online and you use a QR code to open the door. I thought it was a little strange that the place was completely unstaffed. No one was there at all when we arrived and we were wondering if it was closed. I called their phone number and the line said they're open everyday (even holidays). I guess they just have a lean business model. Once we let ourselves in, we found our assigned table and set up our profiles and got to playing. If you don't specify a table, their booking system will randomly assign you to one of the four tables. Since the place is unstaffed, I noticed a lot of loose balls on the floor that people must've dropped from previous sessions. We got a five minute warning when our session was coming to an end (though not really sure if you're allowed to stay in the facility and just hang out or not). They have some healthy snacks and beverages available for purchase (self service). The space is simple but I'm glad we have this recreational space in the neighborhood.

I hesitated to speak up, but the truth must be told. I initially entered a partnership with this…read morecompany, investing my own money, purchasing vehicles, and securing office spaces. At the time, the company had little to nothing. I was determined to elevate it to the next level. However, things quickly took a turn. I was pushed aside when it came to managing finances, and never got control over the incoming funds. I never saw any of the revenue; instead, Tyson Brown consistently pocketed the money, spending it on personal luxuries and, shockingly, on his mistress. Suspecting foul play, I had no choice but to hire a private investigator to uncover the truth. What I discovered was appalling. Numerous people had warned me that he was a scammer, deeply in debt, and involved in countless fraudulent activities. He had taken cars from people without paying for them, leaving victims to deal with repossessions. And also did not pay loan companies and had a lot of cars repossessed and the other peoples names destroyed all their credit. I quickly realized I needed to move to protect myself. I left the company immediately, distancing myself from the fraud, illegitimate paperwork, and overall unethical practices. I have too much to lose to be associated with such corruption. Since then, I've started my own business, which is thriving. Everything is above board--no scams, no illegal activity. I've built a clean and transparent operation with an incredible team who supported me through the challenges I faced with that disastrous partnership. Now, it's time to take action and ensure that Tyson Brown is stopped from scamming and exploiting more people.
