The second time we woke up to find our heat wasn't working and our thermostat said it was a wiring issue. I sent an email to charged up to see if they could take a look since the error message said it was a wire not getting power and they came out within an hour. Turns out it was just a switch that needed to be flipped, They solved the problem within 10 minutes and never charged us for the visit. We were so happy to get heat back right away!
