I had thought this place was Stage Fright clothing with its spiderweb doors, but seeing it was a tattoo shop, I obviously wanted to check it out. Great vibe, super nice guy (I didn't catch his name? I wanna say I heard him being called Smitty?) answered all the questions I had and even pointed me in the right direction for Stage Fright! Came back tonight to get a tattoo I've been wanting for some time (the Sawyer S) and that super nice guy from the other day saw to it that it was tattooed on me! I had originally wanted some black S with an oval around it, all black, just lines. Nothing more, nothing less. He went above and beyond. He gave me a nice size, shading to make it look 3D, it wasn't some line work like I had planned on, it's an actual piece! And the price! PLEASE READ Came here about a year ago. Decent place, and talented people. BUT I DO think they overcharge. I dm a tattooer asking for a price for a drawing they had (275 with color: black, blue, red, yellow, and blue) I said sure for the size and price, not bad. I go in I ask the guy just black and red ink only . Guy told me it would be around 220. I said that's fine. 3 hours go by and he finishes the tattoo. And then tells me it'll be $275. I said why so much? He replies that he did it in 3hours and it's a good tat. I understand but why tell me a lower price for two colors and then raise up the price last minute. I should've just gotten all the colors then so I could've got my money worth. Doesn't make sense why you would change the price last minute. Don't get me wrong the tattoo is really nice and healed up amazingly. They just lack communication toward their clients. read more

Tom blew one of my ears out due to using the bevel of the needle incorrectly, he was unprofessional in several aspects during the appointment and when i told him about my ear he responded in a very uncivil manner. This grown man even name called me. This isn't how a piercer should react to a concerned client. Extremely unprofessional dude who should not be sticking needles in people. Do more research before letting someone work on your body. read more

Absolutely terrible. I went to finish a tattoo with high hopes and was abruptly brought down to Earth. He was very unsanitary and overall unprofessional. I showed him reference pictures but gave him artistic freedom to do what I wanted in his style. HUGE mistake. It looks like a half naked Michael Jackson with fake boobs, so long story short, it turned out horrendous and to make matters worse I left with an infection. He tried claiming that I was the one at fault after watching him handle weed, dogs, and his daughter(s?) all while tattooing me. I was uneasy but trusted him because he had done my previous tattoo (when he worked at Naked Owls) and it was beautiful. I assumed his work/cleanliness would follow him to his new location but soon after my appointment I realized just how wrong I was. I was taken to an Urgent Care where I was seen and isolated immediately. The doctor told me the infection would start DRAINING out of my leg. The next week and a half was a routine of taking medication, being unconscious because of it, waking up and repeating the lifeless, depressing cycle. When I tried talking about it with him/asking him to refund me, he basically told me to fuck off because he had spent his time and supplies on me. read more

I went in for a conch piercing a couple days ago. The piercer Tomas took me back and marked the piercing, and got set up. The piercing was marked higher than i originally wanted, but i figured it was due to anatomy reasons so i said okay. He then pierced it completely off the mark and I was left with an entirely different piercing. Being under 18, i didn't want to be rude and just walk out so I paid and left. The bleeding and the pain did not stop after cleaning, so i took a picture of the back and came to find he split my cartilage. I messaged Tomas on Instagram, and in the nicest way I could, explained the situation and asked for my money back. He came back very rude and arrogant and told me he did not do refunds. I said, that's okay, then I'd like to schedule a repierce in a couple of months as I had to take my piercing out as a result of its akward placement. He again came back with a massive attitude, being very aggressive, and told me he wouldn't repierce me because I was making it all up. I have also been getting weird notifications about my cashapp card ever since paying with it there when I've never had any issues with it before. Me and my friend went to go get piercings a couple days ago . I got my belly pierced , she got her conch , they messed her up in a totally different way. as soon as I walked in the shop the piercer "Tomas " didn't ask for us to sign any paperwork my mother had to ask for paperwork , very unprofessional. Minutes had gone by I get up to get my belly pierced the piercer "Tomas " is just rude straight off the bat has the worst attitude. He had marked it, it looked fine was In the right spot . When he pierced it he didn't disinfect the area just pierced it and that was it . Later on I go home I see he pierced my belly button way to high in the way wrong spot . The piercing is no where near where he had marked it . Later on I talk to the piercer and try to ask for a refund , the Piercer "Tomas " messaged me saying that it's not his fault that the piercing is in the wrong spot and he told me he was not giving me a refund . He was very unprofessional and I tried to be very nice about it but the piercer aka "Tomas " was just a very rude person and should overall not be a piercer . There are multiple reviews on this piercer he should not be a piercer at this shop . read more

Tom is the shit! I've been going to him for my piercings for YEARS, I refer everyone to him always. He's quick, makes it so pain free, very very calm and has a steady hand. If I ever have an issue he's always available to help. He's very knowledgeable and has years of experience with several different piercings. Each time I want something new he makes me feel extremely comfortable and confident about the decision. Tom has also done a tattoo for me, my younger sister and my grandma and he was super quick and we're all satisfied with them. I would recommend this shop and Tom to anyone. They are such a fun group of people who are doing what they love and enjoy doing it. Everyone in the shop makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. There's plenty of seating in the shop for waiting while they prep for your piercing/ tattoo, and even greeted with a "make yourself at home". Truly enjoy and look forward to going in here each time.
