We have done business with Jon and his company for over 5 years since moving to a house with a back-up generator. The existing generator was of an undeterminable age, and Jon serviced it annually and showed up in a very timely fashion whenever there was a problem. He always knew exactly what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to correct any issues. I recently contracted Jon and his team at EPS of Maine to install a Propane back up generator at my camp. We were experiencing frequent outages because of the winds we get here in the mountains. Well since we have had the system it has not failed us once. In fact you dont even know when the power is out unless you happen to go outside and hear the generator running which is actually not loud at all. These guys are great !
