In my case, I was placed in touch with Chris through GE appliance repair. GE was doing little help resolve our stove issue since the stove was no longer under warranty. Chris pressed me to contact GE and fight the company for an extended warranty repair since the problem was a defective design he has seen too many times before. When the company would not provide assistance, Chris laid out all the costs so I could make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the repair, which I chose not to do. He probably spent a good hour on the phone all total helping me with the issue, all without charge. He also gave me some amazing advice about a little known law in Maine called the "Implied Warranty Law." The statute is a powerful tool that extends warranties on most appliances to a minimum of four years. So bottom line, like so many others, I received fantastic customer support from a man who would not take a nickel from me. I was talking to a unicorn and just didn't know it...

He never came, didn't know my name, and basically helped me solve my problem with a less than 5 min phone call. It's actually a sigh of relief to know I've found someone that can do my appliance repair for me because next time I have an issue you better believe I'll be calling Chris again.
