I had decided before receiving her estimate that I would be completing the project on my own (moved into a tiny apartment from a BIG house and there are boxes everywhere.) NO WAY even the most accomplished cleaner, which I totally believe Sarah to be, could work under those conditions. I replied to Sarah's correspondence and estimate with the news, and she was completely gracious, letting me know to keep her contact info and to get in touch if I had any need in the future. First rate all the way. She will definitely be my first call for any project once I'm settled! Kudos!!!!!
