She was delightful on the phone- friendly, personable, listened carefully to my explanation of my situation and had a good understanding of my needs. Sarah explained her business process completely and described her procedures and timeline. Sarah delivered her estimate exactly when she said she would and all details were as stated in our original call. I had decided before receiving her estimate that I would be completing the project on my own (moved into a tiny apartment from a BIG house and there are boxes everywhere.) NO WAY even the most accomplished cleaner, which I totally believe Sarah to be, could work under those conditions. I replied to Sarah's correspondence and estimate with the news, and she was completely gracious, letting me know to keep her contact info and to get in touch if I had any need in the future. First rate all the way. She will definitely be my first call for any project once I'm settled! Kudos!!!!!
