Had a problem with our AC unit not cooling. After a lot of self-troubleshooting, i narrowed it…read moredown to my unit freezing up which usually happens when the refrigerant is low. I called F & S Wiliams at about 4pm and explained what was going on and they saif were going to send someone at night. I told them that wasnt necessary and I got a call from the technician the next morning and he was promptly at my house. Chris showed up and was professional and courteous. I explained him what i knew and what I had tried and he was able to run a few tests and diagnose that the system was freezing up. He explained to me the cost of refrigerant and offered to put that price in writing. I said that it was not necessary because F & S had been a good service for me 9 years ago when another company in town improperly installed my AC unit. Chris charged the system and encouraged questions. He stressed how important customer service is to him and his boss and any questions I had were not interfering with him. After the service was complete, he offered to bill me and I told him if I could use a card or check I could pay right now. He said card or check was acceptable and we settled up right there. It will be 95 degrees tomorrow outside but inside my house it will be a comfortable 68 degrees thanks, in part, to Chris and F & S Williams. I have used them before and if needed, I would not hesitate to use them again.

It is our favorite lighting project to date. About a month ago, the lights started to flicker. I called on a Friday afternoon to see if someone could come out and take a look. On Monday morning, Chris (the owner) showed up to troubleshoot. Turns out the dimmer was malfunctioning. He replaced the dimmer and explained there would be no charge as it was still under warranty. Our experience with Artisan has outstanding every step of the way- from getting an estimate, to scheduling the project, the workmanship, and the follow up. He listened to my problems with lawn care, landscaping and down spouts from gutters. He wrote up and sent me a fair estimate for all the work that needed done. They had crews come out and work together to correct my drainage problems. The crews cleaned up the overgrowth of voluntary plants that were overtaking my home. They worked for 3 1/2 days to finish up. Mr.Lasley will be out to make sure everything is completed. The crews working were very detailed and provided excellent customer service. I called Rob and asked if he had time to swap out 3 light fixtures in my home and upgrade a light to a light/ceiling fan fixture. I had specifically taken the day off to have this done. Rob called me back immediately and said two people would be over this afternoon. They showed up at 12:30 and installed everything on my list. They were even able to make a flush mount work on a vaulted ceiling with a couple adapters. That was a huge relief because I really liked that fixture. Velocity Sound really made our event an event. We did not know if we really needed a DJ for our…read morewedding, but realized after some research, that a DJ was a must. Music added the extra push for the last few hours of the party that would not exist if it were not for Velocity. Evan Ledman was our DJ and was able to make a personal connection with my wife and I before/during our wedding. A personal connection is something you want when planning your special event because it is all about what you want for your special day/event. Velocity/Evan was able to do so with ease. Our wedding was easily the hottest day of the year, but you would not be able to guess that while looking at our DJ's (Bob Forseman and Evan Ledman). From the first time my wife and I met with the two of them, we realized that Velocity was going to make our party a real event. Even though dinner was outside in the 100* heat, Evan made sure that we had what we needed to make any sort of toasts or announcements. He assisted with the timing with our caterer (Shoup's) so that everything went as planned. Evan worked with my wife and I so that we were able to keep everything on point with our schedule. Before he did anything, he made sure that we were in the right place and ready for the next thing. All th way to the last song, our event was incredible. The dance floor was constantly packed, and if there was a song that was playing that we did not want to hear, we were able to ask Evan and Bob to skip it, and they made a smooth transition into a new song. The lighting was phenomenal. Needless to say, our wedding was a hit and it was partly because of the planning and dudiligence of Velocity Sound. Highly recommended!!!
