I had a horrible experience at this clinic. I like Dr. Cheng because he seems like a nice person. However, I am rating my overall experience and the outcome of my procedure. First, my laser treatment was a failure. Second, it was over the top high pressure selling from the aesthetician. Third, the products sold to me appear to be expired. Fourth, the staff can be sarcastic and rude. Fifth, the extremely long wait time is ridiculous. Sixth, the staff has no clue how to email me my pictures. Bottom line ....... Every surgeon has their own style. Dr Elbert Cheng does a very natural and refreshed look. This was what I wanted and one of the reasons I chose him. Staff A great plastic surgery office is staffed with individuals who have worked together for many years, are well trained, professional, and create a friendly and supportive environment. Dr. Cheng's staff...from Edina to Kennedy (virtually everyone) is exceptionally well trained and caring. They work well as a team and create a very positive experience for the patient. It has been three months since Dr. Cheng performed the procedure for my blepharoplasty bilateral lower lids. I look great without the bags underneath the eyes. A detailed package was given to me about the do's and dont's, what food to avoid and eat to help with the healing. Even cream to lessen the swelling. I went back the next day after surgery to have stitches out, then 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months. Scheduled for 6 months and a year for check up. The staff was great. After taking a fall and obtaining a bad cut above my left eye I was referred to Dr. Elbert Cheng and the Center for Facial Rejuvenation by a friend. I made a call and they were able to see me immediately. Their staff and Dr. Cheng were extremely professional and friendly. Even though it was only a cut I was very concerned about scarring because of where the cut was. Dr. Cheng stitched it up and 6 months later I could no longer see the scar. After he was so successful stitching up the cut above my eye and leaving no scar I decided to have him remove a mole on my face that I had since birth. I had a couple of other moles removed elsewhere but had been warned that this mole could leave a scar and since it was on my face I had put it off. After the great job Dr. Cheng had done on the cut above my eye I went back to him to have the mole removed and I'm very happy I did. There is only a very slight indication that the mole was ever there but it's barely noticeable. I couldn't be happier with the results.
