Yes they are open during covid!…read more My acne scars have never looked better thanks to Dr. Rullan! They are covid-friendly, and wait times are reasonable. I've had over 12 procedures here and have seen over 75% improvement, coming from severe acne scars. I had all types of scars (rolling, ice pick, boxcar), and all of them saw improvement. As far as pricing goes, it will be a major expense for many, but it's totally reasonable and worth it. Message me if you'd like to see photos of my improvement. I can also tell you how to get a $25 discount here.

The first time I went I purchased a package that included subcision, filler, TCA cross and laser treatment. I believe he calls it the Quattro treatment. I had very significant improvements in my skin. It really helped my confidence. I saw him again for the same package and then twice to refill the filler in my acne scars. The packages are reasonably priced, he does not price gouge you. He has so much experience and has had a hand in inventing some of the treatments derms use across the country, if not outright inventing them himself (phenol peel). I was really insecure about my skin before I met Dr. Rullan and I am so thankful for his work. He will take care of you!

(Oh, so gaslighting me. I reacted poorly to the medical doctor's suggestion I win the lottery to pay for healthcare). Spoke to the office manager who refused several requests for the medical director's name. And I completely understand why they do not want me (or anyone) to not know her name. I guess Google is not something you've heard of. It's their culture. Do nothing. It will go away. There are more people to treat horribly. Brooke Resh Sateesh! Your father probably didn't envision his practice treating patients this way. Your phone call by the office manager only made things worse. I was being pacified and was never apologized to or got the sense it matter. She provided "management speak" usually used in retail when a customer is dissatisfied. Saying "sorry" I feel this way without actually apologizing for their wrongdoing. If you are poor, have no ability to stand up for yourself, or don't mind being treated poorly: make an appointment and don't forget to ask for Dr. David Weiss. He'll make sure you leave feeling worse than when you arrived.

Dr Bradshaw is great but I had a very negative experience on the phone with his secretary. I was…read moreasking about a specific medication and she kept referring to another medication I was also prescribed. I wanted to be clear on what we were talking about so I kept telling her that I was trying to be clear. I guess I "almost made her cry" ?? HAHAHA. That's a new one on me. From the other side of the phone, trying to be clear on medication and she was almost crying? I should have been the one crying. I guess she went crying to the doctor who came on the phone, told me she almost cried. She is supposed to be a professional? What a pathetic individual and she clearly should find another field to work in. Medicine is nothing to be cavalier about and that she was offended that I was trying to be clear and not use the wrong medication is wildly absurd.

They want detail about my experience as a customer? Buckle up! First appointment was horrible…read more Doctor and some MA came in. No bedside manner. When I had to reveal parts of my body to show inflammation, that's when the MA looked up and at my body (completely unprofessional), given the doctor tells them exactly what part of the body for them to document, which is their only job. Them looking, is not necessary at all. Oh man if I had my husband with me, they definitely wouldn't look up from their notes. They're MA's for crying out loud. They just document what MD says. Also, per any operating business, they prescribe medication, bc medication causes side effects that lead to more appointments and more money. Next appointment I see another doctor who must have mistaken me for another patient, bc I've never seen her in my life. & what do you know, she gives samples of topical steroids. And prescribes more unnecessary ointments that CONTRADICT each other and are not to be used at the same time. Did the MD bother to check? Nope. Oh and their "contracts" that you sign in the beginning does not specify any charge of messaging/emailing the doctor. Cuz guess what? Those emails are the same price as an appointment and they do not tell you, they bill you. And harass you every single day. The same Karen they refuse to fire in all the one star comments below. If they removed my original review, imagine how much time they have in their hands to literally go through these yelp comments and request that it be removed!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!! I stand by my original review. Report them to your insurance. And when the time comes that this practice does this to THE one, don't forget to add us to the class action lawsuit. Not just for medical malpractice and negligence, but also civil lawsuit for FRAUD! Dermatology clinics can charge patients for email consultations, but they are legally required to inform patients beforehand about potential charges!!! If Yelp is as honest as they can be, they won't let businesses like this one flag and remove negative reviews that can literally save a patient who needs to find a real dermatology clinic and see real reviews. Not filtered ones. For the patients suffering with skin conditions, please do yourself a favor, do not go here. "Quick fixes" are temporary, it comes back & worse than before. Steroid ointments aren't it!!!!!! Please go to a reputable practice with doctors that don't just give you prescriptions within 3 min of your appointment.
