The other doctor had done 2 biopsies, given me some cream and still had no clue what was going on with me. Being uncomfortable in your own skin is miserable. I went in and saw Dr. Mark and she knew what the issue was after looking at me for 5 min. She checked it under the microscope just to confirm it. She relieved a very uncomfortable issue that had been going on for months! I moved to Orange County a couple months ago, but I'll still make the drive to SD for Dr. Mark. Highly, highly recommended.

And after receiving some advice to apply lotions, she placed steroid injections around the dryness to ease the itchiness. Now I have atrophy (dent/hole) on the side of my leg and I can feel the ligaments of my muscle, and see a big gap of where fat cells should be. After showing her what happened, she said she was surprised and did not expect that to happen, and that only time will be able to heal that dent, although it is not certain if it will, which left me pretty sad and disappointed.
