Dr Bradshaw is great but I had a very negative experience on the phone with his secretary. I was…read moreasking about a specific medication and she kept referring to another medication I was also prescribed. I wanted to be clear on what we were talking about so I kept telling her that I was trying to be clear. I guess I "almost made her cry" ?? HAHAHA. That's a new one on me. From the other side of the phone, trying to be clear on medication and she was almost crying? I should have been the one crying. I guess she went crying to the doctor who came on the phone, told me she almost cried. She is supposed to be a professional? What a pathetic individual and she clearly should find another field to work in. Medicine is nothing to be cavalier about and that she was offended that I was trying to be clear and not use the wrong medication is wildly absurd.

They want detail about my experience as a customer? Buckle up! First appointment was horrible…read more Doctor and some MA came in. No bedside manner. When I had to reveal parts of my body to show inflammation, that's when the MA looked up and at my body (completely unprofessional), given the doctor tells them exactly what part of the body for them to document, which is their only job. Them looking, is not necessary at all. Oh man if I had my husband with me, they definitely wouldn't look up from their notes. They're MA's for crying out loud. They just document what MD says. Also, per any operating business, they prescribe medication, bc medication causes side effects that lead to more appointments and more money. Next appointment I see another doctor who must have mistaken me for another patient, bc I've never seen her in my life. & what do you know, she gives samples of topical steroids. And prescribes more unnecessary ointments that CONTRADICT each other and are not to be used at the same time. Did the MD bother to check? Nope. Oh and their "contracts" that you sign in the beginning does not specify any charge of messaging/emailing the doctor. Cuz guess what? Those emails are the same price as an appointment and they do not tell you, they bill you. And harass you every single day. The same Karen they refuse to fire in all the one star comments below. If they removed my original review, imagine how much time they have in their hands to literally go through these yelp comments and request that it be removed!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!! I stand by my original review. Report them to your insurance. And when the time comes that this practice does this to THE one, don't forget to add us to the class action lawsuit. Not just for medical malpractice and negligence, but also civil lawsuit for FRAUD! Dermatology clinics can charge patients for email consultations, but they are legally required to inform patients beforehand about potential charges!!! If Yelp is as honest as they can be, they won't let businesses like this one flag and remove negative reviews that can literally save a patient who needs to find a real dermatology clinic and see real reviews. Not filtered ones. For the patients suffering with skin conditions, please do yourself a favor, do not go here. "Quick fixes" are temporary, it comes back & worse than before. Steroid ointments aren't it!!!!!! Please go to a reputable practice with doctors that don't just give you prescriptions within 3 min of your appointment.

She listens to my concerns and I have complete confidence that when she recommends something to me, she has my best interest in mind and the results are always natural. I always look like myself -- just better. I've referred multiple friends to her and they've all had the same experience. Highly recommend without hesitation.

I was a long-time patient at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology and exclusively saw Dr. Loyal, who has since left the practice. I then booked with Dr. Sabrina Fabi for the first time, influenced by her large social media presence and how the front desk emphasized how hard it is to get an appointment with her. For context, I'm very experienced with Botox and have had it done many times in the same areas without issue. At this visit, I received Botox in my masseters, crow's feet, under-eye bag line, 11s, and forehead. None of these areas were new for me. Dr. Fabi arrived about 40 minutes late, which I was told is "typical." That night, I developed large, visible lumps in my masseters and additional bumps near my temples when opening my mouth. I'd never experienced anything like this before. I returned to the office two days later and was told it was "normal" and that Botox takes two weeks to settle. By the time of my follow-up appointment nearly a week later, my appearance was extremely abnormal. The best way I can describe it is that I looked like a mix between Chiseled Squidward and Quasimodo. I pay a premium to go to a cosmetic dermatology practice because this is my face, and I expect expertise, precision, and accountability. At the follow-up, I felt dismissed and gaslit. While the masseter issue was acknowledged, my main concern was new bumps near my eyes that I never had before. Dr. Fabi insisted they were always there, which is simply not true. I have clear before photos. When I said I felt my before looked better, her response was, "Oh, with your hooded eyes?" That comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It has now been over a week since the follow-up and the bumps are still present. I paid $1,500 and feel worse about my appearance than when I walked in. Botox has risks, but the lack of ownership and dismissal of my concerns is why I won't be returning. I'll be sharing photos so others can make an informed decision.

I hate to scare people but the procedures are like modern day torture i had three done.. : - vbeam to remove redness: 7/10 pain - Fraxel for Face to remove sun spots: 8.5/10 pain during procedure but the 90 minutes after are intense. Plan to stay extra time to have the cold air blow on you as long as possible. - PRP for my hair : 10/10 pain. Have them use the rolling massage thing while they poke you. Another tip: make sure you are well numbed.. *****Bianca was absolutely FANTASTIC. i spent most of my time with her while i waited for the dermatologist. She was very professional, kind, caring, answered all my questions, reassured me, took care of me through a massive migrane by lowering lights and giving me waters. She patted me on my shoulder through the procedures to move the pain. She was SO wonderful.

I found this place through my health insurance. It was the first dermatology spot that accepted appointments soon so I decided to make one. When I called, I explained I have 2 Stys on my eyelid that I need removed. My appointment comes up and they have absolutely no clue what they are seeing me for. They think they are doing an exam on me. I told them them that I mentioned over the phone it was for 2 Stys that I need removed because they are bothering my eyelid. They said it will be an out of pocket charge. I already had paid for a copay at this point. I demanded a cancellation of my appointment and refund of my copay then and there. I was extremely frustrated and upset because: 1. They did not listen to me over the phone 2. I drove all the way out here to an appointment that was not even what I needed 3. I could of been told over the phone that the sty removal is not covered by insurance at THIS specific office. This wasted my time, and theirs. I do not recommend this spot for dermatology needs. I went to another dermatology doctor and it was 100% covered by insurance (just had to pay for the copay out of pocket).

If you've got some extra dangly bits hanging around, PA Ashley Calanni is the one to slice'em,…read moredice'em, and excorcise'em. :) As I've aged, some "interesting" skin growths have formed on my sides, legs, and torso. They kinda grossed me out. My primary doctor (not a MedDerm person) put in an order to have a big one removed but insurance rejected it. So, I opted to be a cash-pay client at MedDerm and with just a quick visit, I was all skin-tag free and smiling. Btw, I am a big baby when it comes to medical stuff. I don't like needles, scalpels, surgical saws, or any of the stuff which comes out of an autoclave. And, seeing white-coated folks brings on new levels of anxiety and sweat stains. But, Ashley kept me chatting during the whole 5 minute procedure and my mind off the reason I was there. Overall an A+ experience... not one I want to do regularly but not nearly as terrifying as I had anticipated. I'll be going back to Ashley and MedDerm for my skin care when needed. Painless, very efficient, and super-affordable!

After encounters with two different providers, I have cancelled all future visits for the sake of my health. I was initially prescribed multiple regimens that only made my condition worse. When I was unable to see the doctor for two months, I saw a Nurse Practitioner who proceeded to prescribe medications I am explicitly allergic to. Even after I reiterated several times that I could not take them, she refused to provide alternatives. Ignoring a known allergy is dangerous and negligent. At the end of my visit, I requested a standard 'After Visit' paper with written directions for my medical care. I was told 'that's not how they do things.' Refusing to provide a patient with written instructions for their health--especially while dealing with infections and medications--is completely unprofessional. Furthermore, they do not validate parking. It is sad that nearby coffee shops and sushi restaurants offer validation, yet a medical facility receiving referrals refuses to cover the cost for its patients. I will not be returning. If you value clear communication, clinical accuracy, and basic patient safety, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
