Power steering went out shortly after that and I haven't driving the car for two months. Took it to a trusted mechanic shop to diagnose again LAST WEEK and they confirmed it's the transmission that needs to be inspected by a transmission shop. I'll remove this review if the transmission shop confirms it's the ecu as well that needs to be replaced. (Response to owner) There's no issue I was waiting to confirm if the diagnoses given to me was correct to right my review. Forgive me for not remembering it was 125 exactly but , $125 for what auto zone does for free was my issue . I was expecting a real diagnosis by a mechanic to pin point the issue with accuracy and given a game plan not a simple computer diagnostic test that was for a code I already knew it had.

These reviews don't lie--a lot of places will try to upsell you on random things you don't need--this Jiffy Lube is HONEST and doesn't try to pull the wool over your eyes. I ended up coming during the rush, and saw them help a large number of customers and they treated everyone the same. They are upfront if they are slammed and give good estimates of how long it might take for the service you need. Other places try to promise you quick times with a billion customers inside--they were very accurate with time expectations, and worked super hard to get everyone through as quickly as possible. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back here in the future--they are the best!!

This is the only place I've ever had my oil changed, so I was extremely disappointed. No one informed me that the plug was stripped. A few days later, I discovered a significant oil leak and returned to have it checked. That's when I was told about the stripped plug and that there was supposedly a note on my receipt, despite no one ever verbally informing me. They refunded my oil change but refused to repair or compensate me for the damage, instead telling me to try their Arlington location. After being a customer for nearly eight years, I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. They caused the issue, failed to notify me, and then left me to deal with the repair myself. My Caregiver got out. We were in & out within 15 minutes. He greeted me by yes ma'am & with respect. I would highly recommend this location. Due to the hot weather and the fast quality of service I even tipped so that each one of the guys could go get a cold drink or a shake.
