Went here for an early dinner. Very nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had some version of fish tacos which were OK, not great but passable I guess. The east coast fish tacos will never catch up to the ones in southern California I think. Parking is good, prices are reasonable. read more

After a long drive back from upstate New York, my wife, my son, and I figured, "Hey, let's make life easy and grab dinner at this shiny new Mexican spot." Big mistake. Huge. Should've just made peanut butter sandwiches at home. We get seated in the bar area--empty at the time, no one at the bar, no one at the tables. Prime seats. Menus in hand, ready to go. And then... nothing. We sit. And sit. And sit. If tumbleweeds had rolled past our table, it would've at least been some acknowledgment of our existence. Then like magic, the place fills up. Every table around us starts getting attention: waters, drinks, appetizers, you name it. Meanwhile, we're sitting there like the invisible family from Casper. At one point my wife politely asks if she can just order a drink from the bar (you know, the thing that bars are literally for). Bartender says, "Nope." Fantastic. Nothing screams hospitality quite like denying a thirsty customer a drink in the bar area. I gave the waitress one last chance to redeem herself--one last pass by our table where she could've, oh I don't know, asked if we wanted water like the other paying humans in the room. But nope. So I stood up, made sure the entire place knew I was leaving, and loudly announced exactly how much this place sucks before walking out with my family. That was the only time all night anyone paid attention to us. Honestly, the highlight of this "meal" was the part where I didn't have to pay for it. I ate at this restaurant shortly after it opened and ordered a typical Mexican dish. Like many of the reviews I've since read I was underwhelmed by the offering; it did not taste as if made in the kitchen, but rather opened from a frozen box. And the price was way more than justified. I'm going back today months later to meet a friend and check it out again and will report back. I hope it's improved. read more

Awful and overpriced. Ordered two chili relleno and steak burrito combo. Rellenos were soaked in oil. Steak "burrito" was a taco sized tortilla rolled (not stuffed because you can't fold over a taco sized tortilla) with about 2 oz steak and 1/4 cup beans. No rice or toppings. WTF??? We had a great experience. When we were there the staff was very attentive, food was brought in a timely manner and everything was tasty.

We were excited to try this new place, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Our server did not mention the specials. I only knew about them after we ordered and passed by the board on the way to the restroom. The food was bland - the refried beans tasted like they came right out of a can. We were not offered refills on chips and they only checked in with us once throughout the whole meal. read more

Was excited to try this new restaurant but left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. We went to dinner with group of people and were seated in the back room with no music playing. Our margaritas took 20 minutes to come out- they were just okay. The salsa they give at the table was very good but wish they served it with warm chips. We all were disappointed in our meals- they lacked any flavor at all. I got the chicken flautas which had no cheese in them and no seasoning on the chicken. We wished sides came with the quesadillas and the birria sauce came with the birria quesadillas. Our food did come out quickly. I would recommend the servers be more attentive - asking to order second rounds of drinks, filling waters, replenishing chips & salsa, and sharing specials which we only saw on the board as we left. Their homemade hot sauces were very good when we asked for them- they should provide them to every table.
