Finally got to try this place after years of living nearby and I should've visited earlier! We got…read morethe sharing menu as we were a big group and it's perfect because you get to try a big variety of meals to share and the portions are bigger than you would expect. Everyone was very full after all the food. It's hard to pick a favourite dish because they were all so good. The service is very friendly and they take the time to explain the dishes as you get them and are very attentive. Lots of seating too so this place is absolutely ideal for big groups who wanna share food. If you have someone who has allergies or is vegan/vegetarian however, the tasting menu cannot be changed so that is a bummer. IfThey do have some vegetarian options in the sharing menu but not a lot so keep in mind to check with your group prior to picking this place if the sharing menu works for everyone. You can also definitely order the meals yourself and not go for the group menu but I found the group menu great because we got a taste of everything and we didn't have to worry about not having enough.

For our last night of our Christmas weekend, in Montreal, Pooh and I came here for supper…read more For appetizers I ordered the guacamole and chips (a must have) and Pooh ordered the shrimp with mango sauce The service is slow; we got our wine immediately but our appetizers took a little longer. The guacamole was delicious and the chips were lightly salted. Pooh's shrimp were tasty and the mango sauce was a nice addition without being too sweet The server was delightful; he taught us some Portuguese and told us to get off our phones and enjoy the food Our main dish was perfection. We asked for medium rare and we got it. The steak melted in our mouths; the beans mixed with the rice was divine and the cassava fries tasted like regular fries but much better This place is dynamite!! We will definitely return

I've never had food like this. The flavours, the presentation, the textures, it all caught me by surprise. I mean sure it's tacos, cuban poutine, and the likes but there's such a unique twist to them that I was enchanted. The portions were a bit small so perfect for a 5a7 or for tapas with friends. It's not really a sit down and have a long dinner kinda place. I didn't have a reservation so I sat at the bar with my boyfriend and it was ok but not the best seat in the house. It gets more hectic at the bar. I didn't order a drink but my boyfriend got a light blonde beer and he said it was good. I highly recommend this place. Such a cool and funky vibe with some great food to share.

This is the tale of two restaurants. The first one is all the waitstaff trying to do their job, and…read morepresumably the cooks as well. My waitress was very nice and helpful. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The other tale are all the, what, managers? Owners? Hosts? Running around with their heads cut off, each of them with a tablet with their seating plan. Yelling at one another, getting in the waitstaff's way, and generally making it look like the end of the world is going to happen. It was absurd and it made everything pretty unpleasant. I think I was watching the owner get really concerned about a dj, hanging out with him, and then bolting to go to talk to a manager. Finally, I know a lot about Peruvian food, including traveling to Peru. The food at this restaurant is not that good.
