I didn't go here for food. I went here for drinks. The drink menu is super limited even though they have a full bar. My thought it that maybe they don't have a bartender. I asked for a mojito and they said they couldn't make it. Other than that I had chips and dip. There wasn't many people in the restaurant, I actually wasn't sure if they were open or not.

    New Margaritas. Delicious!

Delicious new margaritas! Always like the food here. Quick services. Fun staff. Dinner was great.

I stopped in here for a quick bite after my class. I'm not super familiar with this area so I relied on the Yelp reviews. Overall, I was disappointed. The food was pretty bland, and service was spotty. We were there close to closing and they literally started mopping the floor in front of us while we were eating and I slipped on it trying to get to the bathroom. It doesn't take more than a few minutes to wait until your customers leave - it was still within their posted hours, not like we stayed after and kept everyone. I don't know that I'll give this place another shot when there are so many good Mexican places around.

So yummy we had to bring my mother in law! Once again was not disappointed so yummy hot fresh food! For $35 can't beat the prices! We got there at 11:30 food came out fast was a slow Sunday morning. Ordered the same thing again arroz con pollo, chicken fajitas, and my mother in law ordered nachos with jalapeños on top. All dishes were delicious with great portions! Only downfall today was the waiter just never really showed up we waiting 15 minutes for our check.

Salty mushy rice..the salt was just too much to eat. After a few forkfulls mixed with refried beans. My mouth started to sting and I just gave up. The enchilada was just ok, dry seasoned grown beef that would not stay ok the fork. I ended up mixing the ground beef with the refried beans. Just disappointed with this lunch I tried the Chile relleno.. old, mushy and tasteless. I thru most of this meal in the trash and ran for a tums.

I came by after work and wanted take out. I had to run into Food Lion so I ordered, ran to the grocery store, and then picked up my food. My dinner was ready in 10 minutes (I went around 5:15 pm). I had been at its previous location but stopped going since it was difficult to get in and out. This new location is a lot easier to get to. The food was packed nicely. It was super delicious! I ordered the arroz con pollo and it was super cheesy! My food was hot and worth the short wait. The restaurant is very safe from what I saw. They had QR codes for the menus and everyone was wearing masks and socially distanced. Next time I will make sure to eat inside the restaur

The staff is always welcoming here, and one of the things we appreciate most is the consistency. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, the food is reliably fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. After a rather indulgent lunch, we decided to keep dinner light and split the Chicken Taco Salad along with a small quesadilla. The taco salad arrived in a crisp tortilla bowl piled high with seasoned chicken, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and plenty of melted cheese. The quesadilla was nicely toasted with tender chicken and gooey cheese, while the creamy refried beans rounded out the meal perfectly. Everything was simple, satisfying, and prepared with care. If you're looking for authentic Mexican street food, friendly service, and generous portions at a fair price, La Hacienda continues to deliver. It's the kind of dependable neighborhood restaurant that earns repeat visits, and we'll certainly be back.

For my daughter and I we were able to snag a table after waiting about 10 mins. My daughter ordered the shredded chicken quesadilla.. it was a good size portion with lots of chicken inside. Her only complaint was that the dish was greasy... I went with the Chicken Fajitas. They were good as well. The chicken has a lot of oil in the pan which also made this dish very oily. The chicken was bland in flavor.. but they gave a lot of chicken for 1 person. The white sauce with the chips was the best. A few reviews say it was spicy.. but didn't taste any spice at all. The biggest complaint would be the ambience... it was very noisy and hard to hear someone talking to you. As well, for a Mexican restaurant, I didn't hear any music playing. Having visited hundreds of Mexican restaurants, I would rate this place between 3.5 and 4...

Very good Taco Tuesday specials but it will be packed for dinner!…read more The white dip is good and a little bit spicy (more spicy than other Mexican restaurants in the area). The majority of the other dinner options are what you would fine at other Mexican restaurants but they have a couple different items like a baked potato with chicken, and the option of scallops in enchiladas. The table side guacamole is a MUST try! The large margaritas are LARGE- 7/10 for jalapeño margarita, I wish the jalapeño was muddled a bit to really bring out the flavors of the pepper. I would also suggest a jalapeño infused tequila to take the taste from a 7 to a 9 or 10.

Now we knew we were trying it by coming in so late and kind of close to closing time, so we were by no means making a fuss about what would or would not be available. Our waiter was very nice (albeit a bit awkward), but we were able to order quickly and in true good Mexican food restaurant fashion, the food came out quickly as well. It was all fresh and quite good (I believe I ordered street tacos and my friend ordered birria tacos). Missed opportunity for them not having sauces on the table, but also understanding that a) it was late, and b) all Mexican restaurants don't do this, especially if they are not a taqueria or another spot that focuses on tacos. The ambiance was fine, nothing special, but it felt nice in there. The seats weren't too close together, and even the booths had quite a bit of room, so that was nice. It was also all a good price, in my opinion! I would definitely go back to this spot, and honestly I'm kind of curious to know if it's different at different times of the day (Saturday afternoon/evening vs. a weekday/night).

It was awful. The spicy salsa they brought was also awful, the mild salsa was pretty okay. The chips were pretty good too. I ordered the Al pastor quesadilla and it had good flavor, but the lettuce salad looked old and the rice was overcooked. My friend got the spinach and chicken enchiladas and said they were decent. I don't know how someone could call this "authentic " Mexican. Only those who have never had authentic Mexican would! I would not return and do not recommend.

We were sat immediately around 630 on a Friday evening. We received chips and dips before I could even sit down! Our server promptly greeted us and drinks were ready within minutes. So far, so good. For dinner, hubby had the Vegetarian E which came with a burrito, quesadilla and chalupa, daughter had the kids quesadilla with beans and I initially selected the shrimp bowl. Our food took about 15 minutes. Both quesadillas were barely warm and the cheese wasn't even melted. The refried beans were loaded with red pepper and too spicy for my child. My shrimp bowl was overwhelmed by cheese and aioli that I couldn't stomach it. Our server kindly let me order something else so I selected the shrimp taco salad. It arrived shortly thereafter but was also so greasy it made my stomach turn. 2 stars just for service. 0 for food. Overall, this meal was an unfortunate waste of $50.

We started the night with drinks: I went for a cold Modelo, while my friends both ordered margaritas, and wouldn't stop raving about how good they were! For appetizers, we shared the Union Trio! Fire roasted tomato salsa, creamy guacamole, and queso served with crisp tortilla chips. All three were fresh and delicious, a great way to kick off the meal. For my main, I mixed things up with a taco trio! Carne Asada (marinated steak, onion, queso fresco, avocado, cilantro), Chicken Tinga (marinated chicken, refried black beans, avocado, greens, queso fresco, cilantro) and Blackened Mahi (mezcal pickled onion, red cabbage, red pepper pico, chipotle sauce, cilantro). The blackened mahi was my hands down favorite. It was super flavorful with just the right amount of heat. My friends tried some awesome dishes too! One had the Coconut Curry Mahi (blackened mahi, jasmine rice, edamame succotash, with a rich coconut curry cream sauce) and the other had the Duck Confit Taco (with cherry salsa, pickled carrot salad, and cilantro-lime creme). Our waitress was phenomenal and definitely suggested great choices.
