They go mostly for organic wines and have a preference for Languedoc reds which they find have a better quality/price ratio. There are a few wines from the other regions as well. In total, you'll find probably 50-80 wines on the menu, all deliberately chosen by the owner who will be happy to talk about them. This place is a mix between a wine shop and a restaurant: you can buy the bottles to go or drink it in the restaurant for an additional premium (6 or 8 euros, can't remember). The food is simple but good: charcuterie or cheese plates to share, some grilled meat or fish. Try the calamari and the burrata as appetizers, they're pretty good. It was a great time Karim told us Brklyn was an American bar within Paris, everyone was very friendly, and apparently it was learn an international language that night, the language of choice was German, so it was fun listening to everyone's conversations. After a quick look at the menu I went with a glass of Prosecco and for 5 € I thought that was a bargain, had myself a glass or 2 for sure. Loved the feel of the place, rustic and modern, wood and metal yet every comfortable vibe, also enjoyed checking out the art work on the walls.
