ONE STAR -- Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. What an absolutely horrible experience! My family and I walked into a practically EMPTY restaurant hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. Instead, we were greeted with music blasting at an obnoxiously loud volume. We politely asked for it to be turned down, and initially, someone complied. Unfortunately, basic courtesy apparently doesn't last very long at this establishment. The moment another customer who appeared intoxicated walked in, someone working there turned the music back up to an absolutely unbearable level. It was so painfully loud that my ears were hurting. But the worst part? As my family and I walked out, someone working there actually LAUGHED. Imagine treating a family so poorly that they decide to leave your restaurant, and instead of showing an ounce of professionalism, you find the situation amusing. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I don't know whether the person responsible was the owner, manager, or an employee, but whoever it was represented this establishment terribly. And considering how empty the restaurant was when we arrived, perhaps the people running this place should spend less time laughing at departing customers and more time figuring out how to make people actually WANT to stay. Here's a little advice: If you can't treat customers with basic respect, perhaps the hospitality industry isn't for you. My family came to enjoy a meal, not to have our ears assaulted by ridiculously loud music and then be laughed at for leaving. The entire experience was rude, immature, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that understands the meaning of customer service. This place certainly didn't demonstrate it. I will NEVER return, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. ONE STAR -- and even that feels generous. read more

I explained that I was literally looking at the order on my table and only had 8 tacos, but I was still argued with. It's not about the $7 worth of tacos. I'm not calling a restaurant after spending $75 just to make up a story about two tacos, especially when I would have to get back in my car and drive back to pick them up. It's about the principle and how the situation was handled. It's a shame because I genuinely liked this place and was a loyal customer. But being told they were "sure" the tacos were there when I immediately called after opening my order was extremely disappointing. I'm glad they were willing to lose a good, repeat customer over $7.
