Best tacos in the Houston area! I always get the barbacoa on corn, and a Mexican style lemonade and it is legit! Ever since I moved here 10 years ago from McAllen I have been looking for a good taco place and this is definitely it! I tried there Nachos and they weren't good. The waiters and waitresses will come to your car and take your order. They also have tables if you prefer that. It is in sketchy area but they normally have an off duty sheriff there as security. read more

I was on my way to La Palma taco for my taco fix,when I passed this little taco stand about a block away. Why did I stop? two reasons. 1. The place is set up sonic style were you park in front and they come to you and take your order. And after a day of school supply\grocery shopping my dogs were tried and I the idea of drive up sevice was "heaven" 2.pretty good yelp reviews and they had my favorite taco barbacoa.And they take plastic,enough said. Ordered 4 harina(flour) tacos with onions cilantro added avocado and queso. the braised shredded beef was moist tender like well cooked pot roast and at 2.00 bucks +a few cents more for cheese and avocados plus a soda this was and excellent inexpensive late lunch. I rarely give 5 stars but what put this visit over the top for me was fast friendly service and how my food was packaged. More time then not taco places individually wrap each taco smushing them in the process. Not here as you can see from my photo my were wrapped nice on a Styrofoam plate wrapped in foil. So I enjoyed a plate of beautifully plated warm taco when I arrived home. I will be back. read more

I checked in at taco Veloz like yelp says, and I earned a free medium water with a purchase of 4 tacos. Then the guy taking the orders told me that they told don't hat here. So, I showed him on my phone and he denied it was them. When it clearly says their address and name. The best tacos I have had in a long time. I would even dare to say the chicharrones were the best I or my husband have had. The tacos are cheap with all under $3. They have horchata and it was super yummy with a nice amount of sweet and cinnamon, not over done. We tried the barbarcoa, pastor, carnitas, chicharrones, and longanista all were amazing; flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. The salsas, red and green, were spicy but you could taste all the elements. We have our new favorite place!!!! read more

Good tacos but these guys will charge you for absolutely everything including any extra cups, salt, or limes which is really annoying and makes it not worth coming here. Last time I went they made a mistake by bringing me a flour tortilla taco even though I ordered corn and they still charged me for it. read more

I ordered a beef torta for lunch today. It was very tasteful and just what I needed for my Mexican food fix. I've eaten there breakfast tacos and beef and barbacoa Tacos. Everything I have ordered has been worth eating. I love food trucks and I would defiantly keep coming back. So good! We tried the nachos, chicken tacos and beef fajita tacos, mango water and the kids had cokes. The nachos were the only disappointing thing- movie theater nachos with meat scattered on the top. But the tacos were amazing. The ladies who helped us were so nice too, very helpful - checking on us several times. I love how simple it is to just pull up and have someone come to us. It seems so simple to be able to get food and take it back to the car. But with kids it can be difficult at times. And they love eating in the car so this is a repeat. We live in Montgomery but will stop by more often when we are in Conroe. read more

They have some super good tacos! I would suggest trying the barbacoa or the pastor. And the green sauce is great... I am a fan of salsa verde, especially tomatillo. And I like avocado on everything.
