Because these tacos really hit the spot. --- --- --- I've had Tacos 105 bookmarked for a bit, and made the decision I was going to go on a bit of a taco tour, with this being the first stop of 3 on the day. Here's what I went with: Shrimp: 5-stars. I love shrimp. I love tacos. This was a great marriage. Steak 4.5-stars. Only outshined by the shrimp, but still really solid. Pastor: 3.5-stars. Enjoyed it, but clearly a notch below the other two. I'd love to come back and try more of the menu, but glad I finally hit this spot up. read more

I ate at Tacos 105 a couple of days ago. It was on my list of taco stands to try next time I was in Conroe. They have excellent reviews on Google and Yelp. They were pretty easy to find and parking is easy enough. I went ahead and placed my order for 2 Pastor, Steak and Barbocoa tacos. It took about 20 minutes to prepare. The pastor tacos have a great tasting and unique flavor. You should try this one. The meat was plentiful on my corn tortillas as well. The steak had a good flavor, a bit salty, but nothing that would make it inedible. It was cooked well done, however. I didn't request how I wanted my steak cooked, so that's on me. The barbacoa was average and the weakest in flavor out of the 3 types of tacos I ate. It was missing some oomph, like robust flavoring. I would come back here again and I do recommend that you try them out. read more

This food truck is seriously a hidden gem! The gentleman that works there answered all my questions before I ordered, and was very good explaining the menu. I was pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes and how good the fajita and pastor tacos were. You can take the tacos to go, or they also have a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your tacos. A very small indiscriminate food trailer just off of 105 E. If you blink you will miss it. That would be a huge mistake. These tacos are worth the search. The Pastor tacos are worth everything. The meat is seasoned perfectly the corn tortilla is the perfect delivery vehicle. If you like spicy add the green sauce. Don't forget cilantro and onions. The chicken tacos are almost as good with the perfect balance of seasoning as well. The star of the show has to be the quesabirria tacos. The consommé is perfect and adds that flavor explosion. The meat is very tender and not overly fatty. The corn tortillas are fried just perfectly to give it the crisp but not burnt flavor and melts the cheese perfectly. If you have that authentic taco craving and for the prices you gotta go here. read more

Great customer service! Full of energy and approachable vibes. I got the Mexican Burger, it was cooked well but I wish I had gotten something else mid-way eating it. The fries are amazing! Well-flavored, well-shaped My wife had gotten the 6-wing meal with garlic parmesan. The sauce was mm mm good but the chicken itself was a bit overcooked. I forgot to take pictures of the tacos Igot but we will be back because man are they good! - I got shrimp taco and steak both were amazing! Hot and hit the spot! Great little taco wagon dive. Awesome street tacos (corn tortillas). Freshest ingredients. Green sauce (hot one) has perfect balance. I continued to [after] taste these bad boys for 15 minutes on my way home. I had barbacoa, steak, and chicken (the "surprise me" choice). Barbacoa was authentic. All were great but the chicken surprised me as the best. 3 tacos under $10. Every time I'm near I will go back. Enjoy. read more

Tried the Al carbon torta this time with some pastor and Al carbon tacos. Great flavor. Fast service. They ran out of lengua so my wife got some tripa tacos and enjoyed them. Got bit by some mosquitos while waiting but can't put that on the restaurant so bring bug spray if your blood is candy. read more

My parents go to this taco spot at least once a week. They people have great energy and are very accommodating to special requests (within reason). My parents love the grilled onions and the salsas and we always ask for extra. I sometimes tag along and grab some tacos because their tacos de tripa are sooo good. Extra dorados or crispy if requested. YUM! We love authentic Mexican food and my mom is a die hard taco fanatic and we keep coming back. It's hard to find authentic tacos here in Conroe but we've finally found them. They've been consistent thus far so we will keep coming back. We always a order to go and eat them at home but they do have a couple of sitting areas outside the taco truck. The burgers are solid too! They're definitely Mexican influenced because my mom has made them that way when I was younger lol. The fries are fresh and so good too!! As long as you go with the mindset that you're getting solid tacos with good sazón, you'll be more than satisfied. read more

The guys always greet us with a smile and 9 times out of 10 already know what we want.
