So totally legit burrito! Glad we decided to stop by and I wish I tried the taco. Service was quick and friendly and with the weather being nice they have a bench with umbrella.

This place was good I don't like how they threw a lot of salsa on the top it was just to much very messy other then that the tacos were good

My favorite tacos ever. All the meats taste clean and bright and there is a generous amount of fresh toppings for each. Also love their agua frescas. Super reasonably priced for the tacos of your dreams!

Growing up in Los Angeles, working nights in EMS. I was privileged to visit a vast sampling of taco trucks. This place beats them all. The little touches mean a lot, grilled halved onion, large chuck of queso fresco and veggies. The flavor, portions and serving size are very symbiotic. What I'm trying to say is this is the best taco truck experience.

Definitely *not* "basic," and definitely worth the wait! I have driven by this place many times and finally stopped to try it on a Monday after work. There were several people waiting for their food, but there was no line to order. I ordered Carnitas tacos with everything on them, with a side of rice and beans. About 10 minutes later, my food was ready. I was expecting sort of basic good truck tacos, but these seemed a step above. I was pleasantly surprised with the generous portions. There was a grilled onion, queso fresco, pickled carrots. The veggies looked fresh and colorful. And the taste was delicious! I'll definitely come back again.

This place is a treasure. We were headed to the Hwy and couldn't resist stopping. The menu is the usual line up. We enjoyed two carnitas tacos with fresh quest, cilantro, perfectly seasoned onions and beans. On the side is a green salsa which is medium spicy and delicious. Also had an adobado burrito (spicy pork) that was full of goodness and just the right amount of spice. The service isn't fast (took about 15 minutes) but worth the wait.

By far my favorite taco spot in the state of Washington. 5 of 5. I get the tacos without beans. I slice up the cheese and disperse it evenly among the tacos. Jarrito on the side.

Great little taco truck! Horchata and tacos were good and fast. I could wander around Yakima and eat at food trucks all day

At this place, one torta is more than enough (for me) and 2-3 tacos will more than fill me up.

Great vegetarian options in Yakima!…read more Quality: most vegetarian and Mexican places only give you rice beans and tomatoes as an option. These guys have well seasoned, actual vegetables and plentiful options that don't just seem like a taco with meat missing, butt seem like a complete food option. I got the potato tacos and the veggie burrito and both were very well done. So potatoes needed a little salt, but nothing that I couldn't fix at the table. Quantity: i'm a big guy and I eat a lot. But even I could only finish one taco and half a burrito. massive quantity! Price: $13 for a burrito that can feed 2! Ambiance: standard Mexican decor. It was clean and outdoor dining was available.

They brought out refreshing cups of water, chips and 6 types of salsa, while we reviewed the menu. The "chips" are actually whole corn tortillas fried! So you use them whole or break them into chips yourself. My guess on the salsas are: salsa verde (tomatillo), avocado, pico de gallo, a smoky ancho, a citrusy habanero, and something else. They all had distinct flavors and a little light spice, but we wanted spicier. They brought out the "no way Jose" sauce and warned us it's their spiciest and it sneaks up on ya! We tried it and found it was not burning but quite nice. We drizzled this sauce all over our food. It was the most flavorful of the bunch. The menu is quite extensive, with everything from sopas to sopes, tortas to tacos, cocktails to desserts. We each got a plate of food, meaning the main entree comes with Mexican red rice and refried beans. I got the sopita (aka sope) with barbacoa and a fish taco and husband got a dipped torta (I forget the name) filled with adobada. The amount of food and meat was quite generous, the toppings (veggies) too. I really enjoyed my sope - it had the perfect crispy crust and I could taste the slightly sweet creamy taste of the masa. The barbacoa was not as flavorful as I thought it would be. It was more like stewed beef meat. It was fine but I was expecting really deep flavor. The fish taco seemed freshly grilled and was moist, but there was a bit of a "fishy" smell and flavor that kind of took over. Thankfully, the generous veggie toppings and fresh handmade corn tortilla and salsas helped mask the flavor. Have to hand it to them that those tortillas are really good! The Mexican rice was perfect. I haven't had that flavor and texture in Mexican rice in a while and thought that was well done. The refried beans were good but also had a flavor I couldn't place my finger on... My husband said everything was really good on his plate. His torta was massive! Really flavorful and stacked with things. The adobada was very tasty. I wish I ordered that meat instead of the barbacoa and fish. Overall pretty good Mexican food, generous portions, really sweet service. The interior is also really clean and nicely decorated. They have a small parking lot out back.

I went in today with my daughter to get some late lunch There were 2 people working up front, a girl and a guy. The guy took our order and honestly seemed pretty dismissive of us being there. I asked for a side of rice and beans and he forgot to get it. I had to remind him after I had already paid for everything so then I had to pay again. Once I got my tacos they honestly seemed like they were skimping on the cheese so I brought it up but I could tell he wasn't going to do anything about it so I just dropped it. He gave me a mechanical, sarcastic "thank you maam" at the end but seemed just fine talking to his coworker. Also the rice and beans he gave me, the beans barely even covered the bottom of the container. I've had sub par experience here before and was really hoping they had turned it around but I guess not. I won't be back. The good food is not worth the weird /dismissive attitude I seem to get here. And they never answer their phone.

The staff is friendly and efficient, which makes it an ideal spot for a relaxed lunch. The restaurant is medium sized with adequate parking out front, and if things get busy, there's plenty of overflow in the adjacent Fred Meyer lot. The restaurant is in the middle of the strip mall just north of Fred Meyer. My spouse ordered the Avocado Tostada, which was generously sized and clearly delicious--he ate more than usual. It came with rice and refried beans, both well prepared. I used to order the Cheese/Onion Enchilada plate, which includes two enchiladas plus rice and beans, and I'd always end up taking half home (never quite the same reheated). Since my appetite is smaller, I now ask for just one cheese/onion enchilada on its own. The staff never blinks at the request, and my husband happily shares a bit of his refried beans with me. My meal was perfection. Definitely worth checking out. It's not the most extraordinary Mexican food in the area, but it's always very good--better than we can make at home--and that's why we keep coming back.

As a pescatarian, making simple substitutions, (with an additional charge) like putting the same grilled fish from your offered tacos onto other selections in place of the many other meat options, can make the difference between settling for what's available and getting to have exactly what you want. I would not return to a restaurant where I have to settle. It would be a good idea to consider changing that policy.
