Working out on Delano and havenbeen wanting to try this baked potato spot out!!!…read more My buddy and I both got two meats, I got bacon and pastor, and he got asada and pastor along with elote in a cup. First off the portions if the food are huge and definitely filling ( I took mine home to eat later in the hotel.) Great plate great food and nice seating in the front.

If you ever catch yourself in or near Delano, stop by Los 3 Plebes and treat yourself to one of…read moretheir delicious baked potatoes. Meat choices: bacon, carne asada, chorizo and al pastor Standard fillings: shredded cheese, salt, butter, sour cream, green onions and jalapenõs Potato is baked, filling is scooped out, adding, butter, salt (always order no salt), sour cream and a bit of shredded cheese. Everything is then mashed together and added back to the potato shell (kinda like a twice baked potato). Then topped with shredded cheese, choice of meat (I ordered bacon), green onions and pickled jalapenõs. All flavors come together beautifully and the texture is very creamy and delicious. My potato was about $15, price is right on point. They also offer roasted corn, esquite, a couple of different types of nachos. This is a food truck located on the east side of Pemex (County Line Road) The offer some outdoor seating. Parking is ok but shared with the gas station. They accept call-ins and walk-ups. Cash or card Service is quick and very friendly. Ambiance is very laidback. Support your local small business.

I really like their food, they are very friendly and everything is great except their prices. I…read moreused to go buy food when they had their food truck next to fuegos, but it was too expensive I couldn't afford going there often. I went to the new location I only bought 2 bowls, 2 halo halos and 4 lumpias and my bill was $90+. Some of the food is marked at $2 extra and other items are $3 extra, if the bowl is $14 but you choose pancit and caldereta for example that's about $20 the bowl. I was really disappointed with the prices. But I love their food. I will return probably just for the halo halo, that's the best one I've ever had.

A long time fan of their food truck and pop up. I went there with 4 friends. The place is nice,…read morebright, clean, with a lot of attention to details. It works like Panda Express, food is laid out and you order your food at the counter. I chose rice noodles, Chicken Afritada, and Pineapple Pork. The thin rice noodles were so good, with layer and layers of complex flavors. You need to try it. Thank me later. The Chicken Afritada is dark meat chicken chunks, potato, tomato, and mild spice. I loved it. I ordered pineapple pork because it was made with pork belly. The pineapple made the pork tender and melt in your mouth. So good. My friends all loved their food as well. If you are any where near coffee and olive, drop by for some really good Filipino food.

Say what? Filipino fusion?…read more I've heard of this food truck before (I kind of forgot where though) and it's an interesting mix of Filipino fusion with Vietnamese, Brazilian, etc. It's kind of on the edge of being two dollar signs for a food truck but it's worth trying. (Since it's a food truck, you kind of have to be creative about seating.) The Adobo Pulled Pork - Filipino and Vietnamese Fusion is a light burger since it has the veggies from the banh mi and the lightly marinated pulled pork. It's a light adobo taste so don't expect your momma's adobo in this burger. Out of everything, I recommend the Curbside Fries with the Filipino bacon aka Tocino aka one of the few loves in my life. Everything on it makes such a good combination. It's tocino, monetary jack cheese, onion, cilantro, and house aioli. The tocino is salty but balanced by the fries and the cilantro adds another layer of flavor.

They have different specials so I am looking them up on IG from now on. My husband really liked the burrito. It was super spicy. The pork was tender and flavorful. Looking forward to trying the breakfast burritos. Burrito special all summer, yay!
