Well I found hopefully his every Saturday location at 2nd Phase Brewing. The hot dog is a back wrapped Nathan's large hot dog. He using a griddle to cook the dog to insure the bacon is super crisped the dog is cooked through. I found out a long time ago the recommended way of cooking a Nathan's Dog is on a cook top or griddle. If works pretty good on a grill and really loses it's flavor if boiled. Just a little food for thought. The dog come served on a fresh sesame seed gourmet hot dog bun. You can get as many toppings as possible. Grilled onions, sweet pickle relish, mustard,Ketchup, Mayo, bbq sauce, jalapeño's, potato straws, and many more. The bite is a nice crunch and pops with flavor.
