At this point, the waitresses conversed and one turned around, grabbed my food from in front of another patron at that table and proceeded to try to give it to me. If you are tooooooo lazy to fix your own food and expect someone else to wait on you hand and foot, then learn to either approach a business to get something corrected or don't whine. Simple as that! This is one of the very very very few mom & pop joints we have left in Jonesboro. Support & protect the few we have left for the love of God. Honest truth about this place.... Been several times and never had a bad meal, ever. It's local, and as you know I am die hard local restaurant, anti chain, food extraordinaire. If I ever did have an issue I would def approach them and make sure things got resolved. From the minute you walk in there is a very open area for seating w/a couple tvs to catch a game if you wanted. Restrooms are just down the only hall in the only place & they were clean. The menus are on tv screens above the ordering area and there are some really really good options so take your time and stand back to let others go ahead of you if you aren't ready. As you may know as well, I always test a burger joint out w/a double bacon cheeseburger the first time I visit. Was perfectly cooked, thick & juicy, on a toasted bun w/all the trimmings. Was easily one of the Top 3 burgers I have had in Jonesboro & Top 5 that I have had in NEA. I have had the quesadillas, the tortilla wrapped burger, the tacos, the chips & salsa, their really good queso, the bowls, and a few other things that I'm prob forgetting. All have been pretty solid choices. When there just a few days ago there were 5 employees in the kitchen busy as bees and getting it done. The downfall to being a busy business and not having enough staff(which is the case everywhere) is there are some things that don't get attended to as often as needed. The floors were a little sticky, but I'm not eating on the floor & it seems to be more from the sealant wearing off. Trays were piling up on top of the trash cans, customers were wiping off tables and not once complaining, and it was about time to change out the teas. However, if they had stopped for 2 seconds to worry about any of these things then the customers would have been waiting forever for their orders and would have been more upset about that. Lesser of 2 evils I suppose. All of the staff had a big smile and were very helpful w/any and all questions from customers. Food is def NOT overpriced at all. It's 100% worth every penny. Ignore the miserable crotchety folks and support local. Give em a shot, and if something is wrong just address it while you are there. You fail to correct 100% of the problems you aren't made aware of until way too late.

I met a friend here during an early workweek evening. This was my second time eating here…read more While waiting for his arrival, I ordered a small guacamole dip. It was freshly made, and tasted quite delicious. I liked that the dip was served within a cup-shaped tortilla shell that I found to be completely edible. I liked the peppy atmosphere, but unlike the weekend, it wasn't not too terribly loud, which I appreciated. This restaurant could be characterized as TexMex Plus. We received great service from our very patient and polite waiter, Antonio. There were a great deal of choices available on the food menu. I quite enjoyed my cheese and onion enchilada dinner. I substituted the cheese sauce for some delicious verde sauce. My sides included rice and beans. My friend had the Big Burrito, ordering steak within it. The serving was so huge, that he took half of it home with him! The prices were quite reasonable, and I believe that part of the affordability factor was that successful restaurants in Jonesboro find it wise to keep things in line with college students' budgets. Unfortunately, this restaurant offered zero nonalcoholic beers, so I opted to drink water. My friend seemed to enjoy his pair of frozen margaritas, despite the hilarious brain freeze that he inflicted upon himself by slurping them too quickly. The flan that I had for dessert tasted fresh and creamy. Parking was easy and ample. I think that I would probably return here again, especially during the work week.

She said I had to call uber and they would send another one free. Guess what? Uber phone service doesn't talk to customers. So I got screwed because she can't read a damn receipt. If you as a business screw something up, check before you argue with a customer about it, and YOU as the business have the responsibility to get it fixed. Not the customer. We typically get their fajita nachos, a single is enough to split. Service is friendly and attentive. They use a tablet based ordering system, the orders and checks are always spot on. We ordered tacos and ceviche with a glass of the Michael Jordan tequila Cincoro (for him) and a spicy mango blended margarita (for me). Both were absolutely delicious! I was craving the lengua taco but they were sadly out. I'm planning on returning to try it though! They give you 4 different hot sauces as well... they come in little jars so they definitely seem homemade! Also, service was absolutely excellent. I usually enjoy sitting at the bar instead of a table if I'm alone or with one other person. Honestly, the bartender was fantastic and made our experience here topnotch. Because finding quality restaurants are such a challenge in this general area, and because it was a…read morerainy night, I gave them the benefit of 3 stars instead of 2. The crispy beef taco I had was actually very good. The chicken enchilada was fair. The beans were okay, but appeared runny to the point of being thinned out. The chips were okay, but slightly stale. (Corona beer was very good). Three of the 4 corners of my plate were broken off, and the upholstery of my seat was badly in need of replacement (although some other seats appeared newly upholstered). I also found the prices to be higher than comparable restaurants in nearby small towns. But the biggest concern by far was that there was not a speck or drop of soap to be found in the restroom, and no way to dry hands other than on clothes because the towel dispensers were thoroughly jammed. So, if there is no soap in the bathroom of this small restaurant, then is there any for the staff preparing and serving the food? Skimping on soap in the restroom makes no sense at all - unless the point is to make a horrible first-impression on potential repeat customers! To end on a more positive note, I found the servers to be very polite and accommodating.
