I don't know where else you can find $2 tacos anymore--and that even includes birria. The birria tacos don't come with consommé, but honestly, they're packed with so much meat in every bite that you don't even miss it. They also have $3 volcanes (kind of like a tostada), which were super tasty, and the $6 margaritas were strong in the best way. Plus, the chips tasted fresh, which always makes a difference. On top of the food, the customer service was amazing--friendly, welcoming, and just overall a great vibe, good music. Street parking was easy to find on a weekday too.

The empanada was already cut in half and wasn't showing from the outside or the cut area, but the mold was in one half of the empanada and I broke the other half which was normal looking. Thankfully we spit it out, and didn't eat the bite that we took. The waitress had offered to replace it but we said no because we were so shocked. We were kind of disappointed that the manager didn't try to come and address the issue with us. Just left it to their serving staff who quickly cleared our table and gave us the check. Might go back for the other food items, but definitely NOT the empanadas.
