I've been searching for a go to taco cart spot on the west side since I moved here over 6 years ago…read moreand I have FINALLY found THE cart. Staff is friendly. But the food? Chefs kiss. The have tables and the parking can get crowded since it is in a gas station parking lot. I am a flautas and carne asada tacos kind of person, but what makes or breaks a taco spot for me is SAUCE. Your food can be cooked well but if that habanero sauce doesn't hit, it's a no for me. The line of sauces here hit the mark for me. Both their avocado crema and habanero sauces are so good. The flautas were crispy, and the tacos are generous. And t Will be back!

The asada had flavor and they put a decent amount of meat. I've also had the chicken flautas (taquitos) and those are fire! Lastly i've had the queso birria tacos and those hit the spot as well. My wife enjoyed the sopes! I wish the salsa was a bit more spicy but that's just my preference. Regardless, all the salsas taste amazing and have nice flavor to them. The service has been average, nothing out of the normal but not bad. If I were to sit there and enjoy my food, the ambiance is nice. I appreciate the seating and lights. Overall the food has been a hit every time i've went. This is definitely my new go to spot when I'm craving tacos and don't want to make them myself.

This is the second location of several that continues to grow. You can see why with the super fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and friendly service. Love it when you dine at a new place with a foodie friend you trust who knows what to order. This is one of her parents' go to places when they drive in from Olympia, WA. *Taquitos were crispy potato filled rolls. We chose the mushroom topping which was good!!! *Tamarindo ribs- came glazed with a unique tamarind flavor and a little kick that I have not had anywhere else. *Mini Sopes- we chose 3 different proteins ( which were all good braised beef, citrus pork, and chorizo). The Fish taco which came highly recommended was my least favorite because it had too much mayo in the slaw for me. I had to scrape most of it off. Everything comes garnished with beautiful purple pickled onions that are crunchy and compliment all the dishes. Friend had the non alcoholic Mexican Lime beer and I had the Jamaica (hibiscus) aqua Fresca which had lovely hints of spice. This was certainly much better than the Mexican food I get at home! The salsa music in the background made me wanna get up and dance.

We got the beef taquitos, shrimp ceviche, and sopes. Everything was beautifully plated, but was also lacking in flavor. :( ceviche was really fresh, but a bit bland. The taquitos were filled with mashed potatoes but it didn't taste like they were seasoned. They had such good potential but the under seasoned food left much more to be desired. Maybe I just came in on an off day as they have great reviews, but maybe I'll give them another try.

I wanted pizza. He wanted a burrito. He had mentioned wanting to try this food truck so I looked it up on Yelp (obviously!) And got the address. We pulled up and there was one person ahead of him so I figured it would take a while. He got a Carne Asada Burrito. He got two different salsas a red and a green and he got a side of pickled veggies. Which were jalapenos, carrots and onions. He got his order super fast and I said that's a small burrito lol but it was just the side of pickled veggies. But when we got home he said WHOA this burrito is huge!!! He couldn't eat it all in one sitting. He ate the green sauce and said it was one of the best hot sauces he'd ever had. I licked the lid and he wasn't wrong. The flavor was so rich and there was heat but it wasn't overwhelming the flavor. Very very good. He didn't try the red sauce so I didn't get to try it. The pickled vegetables though. OM*G they are THE BEST I've ever tasted. Such good acidity and flavorful as *^%# YES this stuff was amazing. He said next time he's going to pack the box full of them lol. Frankly I'd go there JUST for those veggies and hot sauce. He said 5 stars GREAT value and great flavor. So we will absolutely be back!!! Oh and next time (sorry y'all) I'll get pictures!!!
