(Honestly, had I known they were closing that soon, I probably would have chosen somewhere else because I know how frustrating that can be for a restaurant!) And after a long day of flying across the country, I decided to treat myself to a Jamaica margarita. No regrets there! not overly sweet like margaritas tend to be. For dinner, I went with the cochinita pibil, and WOW. I've had a version of this dish back home at one of the few authentic Mexican restaurants in the Cleveland area, but this was a completely different experience.
